Shame there is not a ZERO stars option

Shame there is not a ZERO stars option. This has got to be the worst courier company ever!!
Yet another parcel not delivered today even thought they said it was out for delivery.
Tracking number JD0002232309618452
When I checked tracking it said - We need some more information about your address. Please chat with us.
I tried chat and filled in my info and waited, and waited, and NOTHING!! What extra info they need of my address I have no idea as Yodel has delivered 100's of time here over last 25 years. There is only about 10 properties in that postcode, all on this road. There is a 8'x4' sign by gates that says our name, so you have to be blind not to see it!!! This was a really important item that I needed.

they don’t care at all about their customers.

I posted the below review and got this reply (both shown at bottom of this review) - So I emailed them the info they asked for. However, even though the review clearly states bought on eBay they come back to my email –

SO IN REALITY – this company has terrible service all round. They don’t send out orders that are paid for, they don’t bother answering messages on ebay, they don’t actually read a review and just post a standard reply, In truth they don’t care at all about their customers.

Paid for book 6 days ago on eBay and not even dispatched yet or messages replied to. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAD TO GET EBAY TO REFUND

Paid for book on their eBay shop but but they dont bother to answer 3 messages asking where it is so I had to get eBay to refund me. God help you if you buy from this company off of eBay!!

I left this company a poor review out of sheer frustration after being hounded every day by email and phone. I had a reply from a supercilious complaint’s specialist. Well it says it all if a company needs complaints specialist to deal with so many complaints.
He said this - We are sorry that our sales team has been a bit over-eager to have you signed up on our great new VoIP platform. !! I’ve got to say that is not correct at all as I was going to use this company and the reason I didn’t was because of the terrible reviews and remarks on forums regarding their aftersales.

I left a bad review for this company as…

I left a bad review for this company as they were going to charge a ridiculous amount for carriage. I got a reply here saying I had been given the wrong information.
So, I thought anyone can make a mistake so I will give them another chance but 2 emails I have sent have not been replied to. Must be sulking as I gave them a bad review – well now they have got another one and lost my business.

the price was correct - what we told you was that we did in fact use different carriers depending on the packages we send. Furthermore, we do not set the prices - the carriers do that - and that is what they charged for sending this package to you. We are sorry to lose you as a customer - and sorry that our Service Department haven't answered your mails yet.

What a waste of my time. ASk loads of questions onm form for motor trade ins and then decline me as my son is 23. WHY NOT SAY YOU DONT INS UNDER A CERTAIN AGE AND NOT WASTE MY TIME!!

Went on their website to buy a new end…

Went on their website to buy a new end poanel for one of their tente that we bought years ago. Cost of the panel wqas reasonable at £52 BUT they charge £51 postage. When I queried it with them they said they dont have lower costs for lighter parcels!! The actual cost to post that item would be about £7. They just lost a customer that has recomended them to many other people over the years.

we are sorry you feel this way. However, the answer you were given is not quite right. First, you can see the cost of freight when you order something in our shop. Second, our warehouse is in Denmark, which sometimes affects the freight cost. Third, we do use carriers that handle smaller parcels when we ship spare parts and smaller objects.

Incredibly unprofessional company

Incredibly unprofessional company. Calls from call centre with so much noise of people messing around in the background that you cant have a conversation.
Then they keep phoning and emailing.

The drivers needs sacking!

The drivers needs sacking!! Worst I’ve seen in 25 years of running my shop!!
The driver pulls into a driveway shared between my shop and a house. He started to unload at the house. The lady in the house asked him if they were for Smylee Pets – he said he didn’t know, then looked and said yes. She politely said they need to be delivered to the shop called Smylee Pets, that was 100 foot further up the drive.
The driver kicked the boxes, throw them back into his van. He then drove his van recklessly fast, given the environment, up the drive and then slung the boxes out onto some of our stock that was on the floor outside the shop. He then drove off.
This is without doubt the very worst delivery I have ever had!!

Review for Attleborough branch

Review for Attleborough branch. Changed to this company to sell our house after using 2 other estate agents that were useless.
What a difference! They have really worked hard for us, very helpful and totally professional. Getting us viewings and keeping us updated. Wished I’d used them first.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house.

I opened a Business account only to be…

I opened a Business account only to be told after that the account wont show my business name! A business account that does not show yoiur business name is useless! Apparently they call it FREELANCER!!!! In this country we have sole traders and partnerships and business bank accounts show it as the name of the person T/as business name. If the account just shows a persons name it is nolt a business account. For one thing the company that deals with our card takings will not pay them into a bank account that is not in the business name.

Booked DHL via World Options Parcel is destroyed by DHL and when I asked to claim they told me that there is a £55 admin charge which is taken off the settlement amount. They don't even credit the cost I paid to deliver even though the parcel got no further than their depot!!

They make it impossible to claim for loss

Parcel is destroyed by DHL and when I asked to claim they told me that there is a £55 admin charge which is taken off the settlement amount. They don't even credit the cost I paid to deliver even though the parcel got no further than their depot!! I used to use DHL direct and there was never that rule on claiming yet they blame DHL!!

Should have had bin emptied yesterday…

Should have had bin emptied yesterday as per my contract but they failed to do it and didnt bother to call me and let me know. I called this morning and a person told me she would see when it can be emptied and would call me back. End of day and no call. TERRIBLE SERVICE & BREACH OF CONTRACT.

Always dreadfull

Always dreadfull. We are a shop and liike most pet shops we close at 1700 but Yodel keep delivering as late as 1958hrs and dump them at the house nextdoor to the shop!
Thery dont even knock on the door most of the time
