Goods were badly damaged

Goods were badly damaged. I emailed them and after 1 weeks still no answer! Terrible customer service!!

Same problem everytime Yodel deliver

Same problem everytime Yodel deliver! They come after 5 when shop is closed and just dump the boxes on the doorstep of the house that is 100 feet from the shop. They dont even knock on the door so its just pot luck if parcels are seen before morning. If it rains then they get wrecked. We have deliveries almost everyday from lots of different couriers and Yodel is the only one that does this.

We are a shop that like most other small shops close at 1700hrs. So wht deliver at 1845!!!!!

OR EVEN BETTER - simply looked at your records (as Ive been a customer for years) and emailed me direct instead of just trying to make Halfords look like they care on Trustpilot!!!!!!!!!

Boxes dumped and not brought into…

Boxes dumped and not brought into doorway - WHY?
This is what jhappened a couple of months ago and they got stolen!

We are a shop that like most shops…

We are a shop that like most shops close at 1700hrs. These parcels were dumped by the door to a house next to our business some time after 1900hrs. The driver did niot even bother to knock on that houese door!!
This is not the first time we have had problems with Yodel drivers not doing their job properly.
