Happy with product and delivery dates , disappointing that lorry was just a tail lift and not cranked which caused me a lot of extra work due to driver not able to drop grab bag on my drive instead had to be placed on road

Very , very poor , so disappointed with the flowers , costing £40 pounds including £5 delivery charge I thought it was disgraceful. We sent what we thought was a nice bouquet to our 90 year old lady and when it came it was simply 4 stems and a bit of greenery, if we had known how bad it was we could of trebled the amount and made it look better if we had gone to Tesco’s.
A terrible waste of money, don’t be fooled with what you see on the internet.

I just wanted to make sure that Jack Simmons received this compliment. Jack showed us around several flats as we are looking for a flat for our Mother. He was the most helpful person I have come across for a long time. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was knowledgeable , happy to give advice, more than happy to go the extra mile. If every branch had a Jack as part of there team Cubitt & West will go along way. Fantastic customer service.
