I purchased a wall mural which had a manufacturing fault. This wasn't obvious when on the roll but was extremely obvious once the mural was hung. The colour was darker on one side of the paper which when hung, then looked liked dark obvious seams running all along the wall. Even though this was an obvious manufacturing fault I was refused a full refund! Will never purchase from Dunelm again!

Prices going through the roof. Every time I order there’s been another increase yet the same product isn’t going up on other sites, so what’s happening on zooplus?

Terrible customer service and rip off delivery. I made an order on Friday for next day delivery which cost me £5.99. Item not delivered until Monday. I made a complaint due to next day delivery not being met even though I had paid extra for this. ASOS said they cant guarantee it and never refunded me. Basically told me tough luck. Other companies have always refunded me if they dould not meet the next day delivery time. ASOS you have lost a customer through your rip off fees and bad attitude to your customers

Order arrived with incorrect name on. Emailed Moonpig but received a reply that I may have to wait for 72 hours for a response! Tried ringing but was waiting for over 25 minutes for someone to answer (they didnt). As I was on a mobile phone I gave up due to the cost. Shocking customer service and as a result it will now be too late to send a replacement card! Shocking , will never use Moonpig again!
