I would advise anyone & everyone to…

I would advise anyone & everyone to avoid this app like the plague.
This is a fraudulent company that’s parasites on taking money without the users consent, they have been on the BBC as a scam.
DO NOT UNDER ANY MEANS USE LOOK OR DOWNLOAD THIS APP
You will regret your actions the employees who respond to reviews are apologetic and for only one reason is to excuse the scam that is continued to remove fraudulently payments from accounts. This company and all its apps need to shut forever as this is total Fraud.
I don’t want a response.
What I do want is users and potential buyers to research before signing any trial agreements.
This company is owned by the welltech group who have had 200 million users so you can only imagine the massive amount the company had re-frauds from users.
This is massive and needs to stop..
Please do your research and see for yourself the continued fraud that this company is allowed to get away with due to there terms and conditions.

Recently received a reply which as usual is courteous to encourage new users to try and fall into this massive scam. I’ve tried for the refund and failed on so many occasions.
My advise is the same for everyone and to Olivia please get another job& one that does not scam people as this is all the welltech grip does.

Not what I expected.

I decided to order my car mats tailored online as this seemed to be a good choice.
However the mats took ages to finally arrive and whilst they are well made the mats are very light and I would have ordered a better quality mat.
I do feel that a sample of the mats would be advisable as I would have purchased better quality mats.
These are what I would say a starter set not any sort of upgrade.
I don’t want to be negative but I would advise customers to purchase the better quality mat.

OMG poor customer service

OMG
Spent one hour on the phone trying to get through concerning a missing delivery.
Eventually got through and the they put the phone down.
Emailed overt my query to customer service and still no response.
Yet to receive my item or get a response @ nearly 2 weeks.
!!!!!!!

Be prepared to wait wait and wait.

The passport application process is great, allowing you to upload a pic from mobile phone.
However once the application has been made tracking is also good. Prepare to be patient ,very patient.
If thing aren't going your way and your passport hasn't arrived in 10 weeks, don't expect to be helped as this will not happen.
Reality is the service is disgraceful and way to slow.
Staff are friendly and seem professional, but be prepared for you patience to be tested beyond what's reasonable.
That my story. I haven't received the passport yet, and had to cancel travel plans.
Also this is a story that's very familiar with friends applying.
Not good not good at all.

Wow.
You can't improve on such a high standard.

Scammers, ruthless casino website

What can i say.
Well i won a £20 bonus and played this to the tune of £1200 and 32 red allowes me 5p.
Yes 5p.
What a joke this casino website is.
I gave up after 2hours of trying to earn a good payout.
Dont bother with 32red.
Worst casino website ever.
They have just been fined £2000000 for allowing someone to deposit nearly 3/4 million, no questions asked.
These are our enemy and only a fool would consider joining them.
Forget it.
You have no chance if winning.
Try william hill. So much better..

Dont be afraid to shop at house of fraser.

The best genuine sales can be found at house of fraser.
Quality clothing at incredible prices.
Very smart upmarket shop that caters for all.
So if you think primark throw away clothes are cheap, you might be suprised at what you you bargains you can find...

Was charged an extra surcharge plus…

Was charged an extra surcharge plus fees.
Tried to contact and was virtually impossible so had to suck up the surcharge.
Very disappointed with after service.

My review of 24/7 is very…

My review of 24/7 is very disappointing.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would advise customers to be very careful when signing up.
I have some dealings with them.
This is my experience.

1st email.
I have called 24/7 breakdown as my boiler has stopped working.
As I have indicted to the claims colleague my boiler is over 11 old she has said there will be a standard call out of £75 as per terms and conditions as stated by the claims colleague.

However when I re- contracted with yourselves I was told by the sales advisor there will be no excess and all parts and labour are included.

I have called again for an advisor to confirm this and they have done.
Yet when I have gone to make a claim I am told there is a cost of £75 to visit property.

Now I was going to leave 24/7 and switch to another cover but I was persuaded by the sales advisor to stay. He told me that this was a good deal as there will be no excesses..

24/7 response was to read my terms and conditions.

2nd email.
Please tell me have you listened to the salesman who sold me the new contract.
I am adamant this has been mis sold.
I have read the terms and conditions which do state boilers over 11 years old do come with a mandatory £75 fee, however as previously stated by myself this was not explained clearly enough as I was left to believe there would be no excess...it is very confusing wording on your policy where as you say the overall excess is £0 but terms and conditions state otherwise.
I would like you to review this decision and listen carefully to the salesman who sold me the policy.
I very sure you will agree with me that he he’s used tactics that disagree with your terms and conditions...

Today I have had to pay an excess of £75 for the claim on my Boiler.

This is very confusing as the advisor was adamant there is a £75 excess due to the age of the boiler.

I have read through the terms and conditions and can see the following..

Under this circumstances the advisor selling the contract needs to be very clear there is an excess...
And not state on the contract there is 0 excess.
Very confused and not happy...

4th mail
Boiler still not fixed.
Worcester have attended my property and have diagnosed my boiler and now my boiler is running.

I wish to complain about the whole process and pressure 24/7 have put me and my family under.

The service engineer has completely mis diagnoses my boiler.

Today Worcester have changed the PSB board.

The fan has not been changed!
The pressure switch has not been changed.

This problem originally was mis-diagnosed by the 24/7 service engineer.

He has left the boiler incorrectly wired and left me and my family without heating and hot water for 2 weeks.

This will be confirmed by the report that you should receive from Worcester.

I have paid an excess of £75 to enable an engineer to visit and mis diagnose my boiler.

I have paid a further £200 to have Worcester come and fit a psb board.

All of this could have been done from the 1st visit.

I require compensation and a apology from 24/7 for completely mis leading me from beginning to end.

I am not happy with the service I have received from yourselves and I am very unhappy that I have to pay an extra
£75 excess
£200 further payment.

This is completely wrong.
From the sales advice to the engineer visit I am completely dissatisfied.

The response of check your terms and condition just do not justify an solid answer.

After no response at all I sent yet another mail:

I was wondering when I was going to get a response regarding my complaint.

Just wanted to reply the 24/7 response and yet again this company has not accepted their inability to look after its customers.
They think that there terms and conditions will excuse them from their bad service.
If we look carefully at my compliant they have excused them selves at every level.
How would anyone recommend these companies that go beyond the law.
I bet they would not dare broadcast my initial phone call when I was clearly mis-sold my contract.
Or broadcast the fact that we were left without heating whilst they held me to ransom with their extortionate costs, and why the work was not completed 1st time by the engineer who completely mis diagnosied the boiler.
Yet again disgraceful response from 24/7 and I will continue to warn other buyers to beware so they do not get scammed.
I was going to sign up a new contract with homserve for whom I have used before and have been delighted with their service. But why won’t 24/7 admit there failings towards its customers...
24/7 you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have reviewed your account and can see that on 6th November 2017 you had a conversation with one of our team who explained the excess which was on your account. The excess placed on your account is a mandatory excess due to age as the boiler is over the age of 11.

The terms and conditions are available for your perusal in our website or log into "My Account"

Please refer to page 10 section 19b

Boiler aged over 11 years
Any boiler aged 11 years or over will be subject to a £75 mandatory excess.
