Sizes are way off

I don’t know where they get their sizing from but I ordered 2 bras in 32dd and they were so small more like a small B had to return.

Courier lost the rug (not sure how u lose a 7ft rug 🤣) refund issued no problem.

Poor

Evri left my package unattended in the pouring rain while I was at work came home and the package was gone I’ve emailed poster store all I keep getting it what seems like al replies, I’m so annoyed as it was a gift and I’m £40 odd out of pocket and need to rush around to find a replacement gift. Please issue me a refund you use a rubbish delivery service and make your customer wait to a replacement or refund. No my fault.

Excellent customer service

I originally bought directly from NEOM via their TikTok page, but unfortunately the item wasn’t delivered even though it was marked as delivered. I contacted NEOM by email to explain what had happened, and every member of the team I spoke to was fantastic. Flo in particular showed excellent customer service and was so helpful throughout the process. Thank you, NEOM — my replacement pod arrived today and I can’t wait to try it out ☺️☺️

Poor quality

Frasers have gone a bit down hill, items are of low quality I bought some dune trainers that I have bought before the quality just isn’t the same only realising after wearing them a few times that one of the shoes sounds like a plastic bag when I walk in them. Won’t be using them again.

Lovely throws

The throws were quite light in weight was expecting something more heavy for the price but they are super soft and what I was after so I’m pleased with them.

Great customer service.

This is the second time leaving a review, I purchased a item back in June it became faulty I emailed them and I honestly thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere but within a ten minutes I had a email back and within 20 minutes my issue was resolved no messing around they have sent out a replacement for me thank you so much . I recommend and will definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is fantastic.

Avoid

1 star is to much…. I ordered an expensive bed set the quality was awful, and the set I received was nothing like the pictures. Like many others I tried to return but was unaware it need to be returned to china shipping costing around £130 the customer service is shocking I tried to leave reviews on their facebook page and I was blocked from doing so. Avoid Avoid also got a email after leaving this review demanding that I edit or remove my review to reflect the truth. This is the truth.

We have carefully checked your case.
You have received the exact bedding set pictured and described on the website. You also failed to provide any evidence of your claims. Furthermore, you were invited to return the goods per the return policy. Sending the parcel back does not cost 130£. You also opened a chargeback and kept the goods which are currently unpaid. We have no choice but to proceed with legal actions to protect our business reputation which is being unfairly damaged.

Ordered pictures frames that stated…

Ordered pictures frames that stated they were a sliver finish the were gold in colour on arrival like many others on here customer service told me I could clearly see the colour on the website but I can’t, there’s only a picture of them from the front. got told I need to pay £25 for a return due to their Mistake avoid this company false information on website terrible customer service.
