the products were great-as ever but..no delivery advice and my parcel was left at my front door.. which is not secure, luckily it was still there when i got home from work.

arrived quickly, well packaged and the Beef was gorgeous.

slow delivery... good communication via FB and i did receive a refund for my express delivery, just needs to inform of any issues online so you can make an informed choice.

such a shame as the items they have are lovely but the customer service is shocking, also issues re returned goods and no tracking on items delivered, ordered a storage set, they sent the wrong ones, had a job getting through to flag this, once i had actually managed to get through i was told to re-order, i was also expected to pay the delivery fee, again..mmm like someone said 'its as if i made the mistake' anyway cleared that up, looked at my account and the re-ordered item was literally on my statement, so i will pay interest on two sets - yet i still have none. really poor, will close my account once (if) i ever get the items. buyer beware!

shocking service re delivery, told last minute ( an hour ago) my main item was on delay, after clearing the room in prep, only to be told by customer service that they have an advice section in the small print stating do not clear furniture, totally redic how can you not clear a room, god only knows when my furniture will arrive..( maybe next Friday apparently but cannot promise this). not once did the sales rep state low stock, paid for chosen date delivery, arranged for someone to be in to accept delivery.. do not use this firm if you expect decent and fair correspondence and service.

A few little issues but overall i have to say the service is good, Julie is a real diamond who was there with any enquirers i had...beds look lovely and are of a high standard..ill use this company again and would recommend to family and friends.
