What a great team. The coffee is amazing I had to reorder my coffee before the subscription was due.

I was a bit skeptical of buying a refurbished item however I went for it and wasn't disappointed. The refurbished River 2 arrived very quickly and I can honestly say it looked brand new with the zero marks of wear and tear, it works perfectly the box looked like it had never been opened. Very very satisfied. I haven't used the solar panel yet but again everything looks brand new and never used.

Shocking experience so far. App says they had received my parcel which was 1 day delivery on 25/08/25 and were processing the item since then 28/08/25 the app status has not changed as the app says if no movement in 24 hrs to contact them. No option to discuss with a human only AI. Did this and opened a supposed investigation and was told they would be in contact within 24hrs, 40 hrs later with no updated and no way of escalating the enquiry. Horrendous customer service

UPDATE received a reply from very which was less than useless called the number only to be told by a machine there's already an enquiry on my parcel...well I've been waiting for almost double the time they say they would have been in touch. EVRI obviously dont believe in customer service. Horrible Horrible company

I would give it -10 if possible a masterclass in theft, robbery and down right evil. This service doesn't help anyone but themselves removing evidence and making up lies. A true entity of Satan. Call handlers and case managers have no empathy compassion or understanding its like they take pleasure in the torture or souls. This service has taken many a life to suicide as they are left with no hope.

Little dubious to begin with however after the reviews I thought I'd give them a try......I was not disappointed. I received the full price offered for my phone and received the money in my bank swiftly.

Ordered a bike and accessories. Bike arrived well packaged care was taken with the items to be well protected. Items arrive very quickly and was well informed of process and stage. Will definitely use Balfe's again.

I was sceptical about the size but when they arrived they are perfect fit. Arrived swiftly and well packed. These are now my go to trousers. Love the design and also kept my dry in light rain. I definitely want another pair now. I am also now keen to buy the wander jacket. So far i can't fault revolution race. Just one thing they do say you get free delivery however i was charge a delivery fee. It wasn't much but feel they should not state free delivery if it is not.

Great store and great payment options. Love this shop however delivery times has alot to be desired considering its warehouse to store. Item said it was being picked for 3 day. How does it take 3 days from processed to picked. Wi definitely continue using go outdoors but will think again before getting click and collect.

Very very disappointed ordered creed for my wedding which was what i had hoped for however they sent wrong order, both sents were not what i ordered. Now 2 days before my wedding I will not be wearing creed. Absolutely gutted is an understatement.

Update although they messed up my order for the wedding and too late to get delivered for the day. Copycat has sent out the correct order and allowed me to keep the first delivery hence the upgraded 3* from 1*
