Although I did look at alternative providers as our fixed rate is coming to an end, I decided to stay with Octopus. There were a few providers who were marginally cheaper, however I decided to stay with a well known company who have always given me excellent service. The options of fixed or variable were easy to compare

I like knowing when the parcel/package is to be received within an hour. When it is delivered, it is done so efficiently and the courier is always pleasant.

Octopus have very competitive rates plus an excellent customer service. Contacted them on a few occasions and they have got back to me the next day and sometimes the next day.

Had a great visit recently. Plant stock of good quality and plenty to choose from. Restaurant had a wide range of options although a little slow at the tills (only reason why 4 stars and not 5). Visited other shops too.

Excellent customer service received from start to finish to add to the first class blinds we purchased. Easy to book appointment online. Salesman phoned on the day of his visit to tell us he was on his way. When he arrived, he was not pushy at all. The fitter did the same and got on with his job in an efficient manner.
