Apricot makes lovely clothes that fit beautifully and they are always delivered quickly. Also, you can return clothing for free and I have - on many occasions - received a refund within a couple of days (rather than around 10 days like most other companies offer).

Easy to set up and makes payments much more manageable, interest free.

Easy to find the replacement goal but unfortunately it costs over £8 for delivery.

Absolutely love these leggings. They’re a little more expensive than other brands but really worth the money. They’re very supportive and flattering and have a slimming effect without feeling tight. I have them in two colours at the moment and plan to buy more.

I had to cancel my voucher at the last minute due a sickness bug, and spent quite a while looking for a way to contact customer services via the buyagift website to try to extend it. I looked on trustpilot and others said they had managed to speak to someone via the Chat function, so I went back to the website to look for that. Once I eventually found it I was able to message someone through Chat and get a credit voucher to last for another 12 months, which is great. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that buyagift could make it a lot easier to get in touch with the customer services team, especially via a phone number. But they still managed to resolve the issue in the end.

I had tickets booked for me and daughter to see a play at the theatre, but she became ill with chickenpox and I had to cancel. I received a refund very quickly and the person I dealt with was very helpful.

This company is a complete scam - ordered a kit for my son’s birthday and never arrived. No-one responds to emails. Wasted £44 and my son never got his football kit for his birthday. Wish I’d read other reviews before I ordered. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I received great service at the Fitness Superstore. It offers a wide range of equipment and you can try out whatever you want to. The store manager was knowledgeable about the machines I specifically went to see and was happy to talk me through each machine and answer all my questions. I made an order and I’m looking forward to receiving it in a few days.

It’s an absolute waste of money having insurance with Homeserve. We’ve had a blocked drain for days, rang this joke of a company for help, they have cancelled 5 times since last week. Currently have sewage running down our driveway into the street, and also into our garage. Main toilet is blocked. They never pick up their phone - on one occasion we tried for an hour and 20mins and still no answer. We will now likely have to pay for someone to come out instead. Please don’t waste your money with Homeserve, we certainly won’t be any longer.

When I walked into the store I was greeted by two members of staff and asked if I needed any help. When I needed another size for something a shop assistant offered to order it for me, and it was delivered within 2 days. I usually shop at another well-known sports shop, whose customer service is awful. So in comparison this was a lovely surprise!

I paid around £45 for a t-shirt, and I was sent a scarf instead. Had to pay £3.99 to return the scarf, on top of the money I had spent to receive it in the first place. No t-shirt and waiting for a refund.

I ordered a dress four weeks ago, didn’t receive anything. Emailed to ask if/when they shipped the dress, no response. Still no dress and £30 down the drain. Please don’t trust or order from this company. If it even is a legitimate company. I’m very suspicious of the positive reviews on here, especially after reading more about Ismody online.

I wouldn’t have passed the numeracy skills test without QTS Maths Tutor. My tutor, Zoe, was amazing at explaining how to work out problems on the test, and really helped to build up my confidence. The practise tests are very similar to the real thing, and are definitely worth buying if maths isn’t your strongest subject.

The website is easy to use and photobox is very quick at delivering orders. Products have always been high quality. I've never been disappointed.
