The slippers I bought were good quality and great value for money. They were well packaged and delivered in good time.

I think the Hive is great !!! The Hive is very reliable and gives us full control of the heating/lighting of our home whether we are at home or away from home.

I had a missing part on my VAX carpet cleaner and attempted to solve it through discussions with VAX. The machine was out of the guarantee period but had hardly been used. After being unable to initially resolve the problem I was contacted by VAX external disputes department after I had given them a poor review on Trustpilot. I can not praise Nicola and Ian of VAX external disputes department highly enough for repairing my carpet cleaner at no cost to myself.

Bought a Vax carpet cleaner in 2023 but I never had to use it properly until 2025. While attempting to use it water was leaking everywhere, on inspection a seal was missing from the machine. I contacted Vax and they don't want to know as the carpet cleaner is out of guarantee. The seal was obviously missing on assembly or has come off while removing the water tank which should not happen. Vax have refused to sell me the part so the carpet cleaner is as new but useless. Will never be using Vax products again.

I stumbled on the website after I had been let down by another supplier so I was a bit unsure about what would happen. I had no need to worry the product was great and the order and delivery process was very good. The whole experience was trouble free well done Jarder !!!

The tech support guy was very helpful and helped me order the required part.

I booked flights for a holiday through edreams. As it was my first time with this company I had to download their App and during the booking process they guided me to take out a free trial for their prime membership which I did. The company promised me e boarding passes that never arrived so I had to queue at the airport check-in desks. Due to their poor performance on my return I cancelled the prime trial as I wasn't going to use it.When I looked at my credit card they had already taken £59.99 for 12 months membership.Tried to get them on the phone to talk but its impossible as they say everything can be done with their bots which is rubbish !! I emailed them and got a reply telling me to use the App.I cant even delete my account in the App it will not let me. I don't want to do business with this unscrupulous company again. Something needs to be done about their mode of operating hiding behind their useless electronic App/bots.

I have been with this company for many years with very little problem but I had a recent fault on my landline telephone. Callers were saying our phone was engaged permanently and we couldn't ring out to anyone. I tried reporting this through talktalk online chat but it proved to be beyond their scope. Every time I got back onto the chat it took 45 minutes going through the same script with the same result they couldn't help. I eventually got through on the telephone after hours of being on hold listening to music but I eventually managed to book an Engineer in. Only minutes before the Engineer appeared at my door the landline telephone miraculously started working again so he never entered my property. I was just happy the telephone was working again and thought nothing of it. I then got a shock when talktalk billed me for a non fault visit which was infuriating to say the least as I had no telephone for a week and should have had a discount. After my personal experience I would strongly advise anyone to avoid talktalk.

Happy with the product but not the delivery time. Should have taken 5 days but was more like 14 days.

Used the company twice now for online shopping and I have been satisfied both times. Just need time now to test the wear quality of the sweaters I purchased.

Bought BT 4600 landline phones online. The purchasing process was straight forward and delivery was prompt. BT sent me a £75 off wine voucher with Naked Wines which was great deal as well. I cannot fault the online shopping experience.

Everything was great the sales assistant who served us was amazing. My only negative comment on the process is we were arranging the finance agreement in the middle of the showroom. We had to disclose our personal information including name, address, bank details etc, with other customers in earshot. With all the fraud that is going on this should have been completed in a private room.

Used this company many times before but will never be using them again. I wanted to place an order for white wooden blinds that needed a return on one of the pelmets. I tried to speak to someone on the telephone which proved impossible so I then kept emailing them but after lengthy delays got standard replies that were of no use. The customer service was abysmal, I ended up buying from English Blinds who were fantastic ! English Blinds dealt with my query in minutes over the telephone and the blinds they provided are of a superior quality.

Ticketmaster UK is an absolute joke of a company I will never use this company again. Ordered and paid for 4 e tickets in May 2019 to take my grandchildren to watch Disney On Ice this weekend 12th October 2019, the tickets have not arrived ! I phoned Ticketmaster to chase up the e tickets and they have told me I will have to pick the tickets up at the box office before the show along with no doubt hundreds of other let down customers. There is a 3 year old and a 4 year old in our group, so to collect the tickets on the day is totally unsatisfactory. It is absolutely disgusting to expect families with toddlers to queue up due to Ticketmaster's gross incompetence.

Made an appointment for 1:00 p.m last Friday afternoon (27/09/19) to have 2 front tyres fitted that I had ordered in advance for my Range Rover Evoque. I was a bit unsure as I had never used this garage before and I had a busy afternoon ahead of me. I had no need to worry the service was excellent, I was the only customer in so the 2 guys worked simultaneously on my car and the tyres were fitted and balanced in 20 minutes. The guys were experienced and delivered a no nonsense service which is just what you want. I have been driving 40 years replacing tyres and this is by far the best tyre fitting service I have received.
