Great design
Great design. Prompt delivery. Excellent quality for the sale price. The jumper's sleeves are unusually long and the rib could be tighter otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Disappointing customer
I have bought boots here for years and was my go to for boots ...but not anymore ...ordered 2 pairs ... first pair ankle boots ..no lining on heel so slip up and down horrendous..but was ill when they arrived so ran out of time to return.. heading for charity bag.. ordered another pair in sale ...celtic and Co. What has happened to you quality..expensive even in sale but shabby quality...so disappointed.. you were my go to for boots

Made with excellence. Delivery could be better.
The products are excellent and I am so encouraged that their products are predominately made in the UK and the remainder from Europe.
The communication could be better regards updates especially as a LONG delay in receiving the items ordered.

Quality control problem mismatched sized pair of clogs
i was sent a mismatched pair of clogs - 1 size 5 and 1 size 6. the effort invoked in identifying this to you (photos/measurements and posting back) was time consuming. My costs were refunded but no ‘good will gesture’ for me dealing with your quality control problem.
