Easy to order, and was able to add an item within 12 hours of ordering. Customer Service helpful and efficient. Only thing to note is the size of the box it came in was huge and a bit overkill, maybe size these a little better :)

Earrings are solid and lovely, however disappointed and surprised the small cardboard they arrive in is made in China and the earrings themselves are made in Thailand

Delivery cost is a little overpriced. Would have been nice to have been sent a photo pre-delivery. I’ve always used Interflora before so generally standard and quality of flowers never an issue
