I ordered a pair of boots on the 17th October 2024. I received an email on 17th October advising high demand. I received a further email on the same day saying they selected a pair from another store. I received an email on the 24th advising my order was on its way and I would received an email when to collect. This is the 29th and I am still awaiting an email to collect the boots.

Placed an order then changed my mind, I immediately sent an email exercising my right to cancel with no response. Sent another two emails throughout the day still no response and this morning woke up to an email advising that the order is in the post.

The customer service was excellent, very helpful and went above and beyond to find what we were looking for. Can’t fault the service would highly recommend.

We Booked a car just before the first lockdown, as there was a money back cancellation policy we cancelled the car hired expecting a refund. Despite numerous attempts to phone and email there was no response. A year later we received and email with a coupon for money off our next booking, in very small print to click for a refund which we did. We have emailed and tried to phone but still no refund. Would not advise anyone to use Centauro as their customer service is non existent and appalling.

Ordered my iPhone online, so easy, once credit checks were complete, which took a couple of hours. I received my phone the next day. Really pleased with how easy it was and the speed of delivery.

Spoke on chat line to DO3 who was very helpful, answered my queries about my renewal and managed to reduce my premium for me. The chat line is great, no waiting on the end of a phone, took a bit longer than speaking to someone personally but not as frustrating as holding on the phone to connect.

Ordered cooker hood and filter, cooker hood arrived but no filter. After emailing customer service they replied that they were looking into it but so far no response and no filter. Very disappointed in customer service as well as paying for an item which wasn’t received. Wouldn’t order from them again.

There was a delay in sending my towels but I was emailed on a regular basis to keep informed of progress, towels arrived yesterday and very happy with the quality.

Although blinds delivered slightly longer than stated on the web, when I emailed customer services I received a prompt response and received the blinds as advised. The quality of the blinds are excellent and they fitted exactly to my sizes. Instructions straight forward, can't fault anything. My blinds look fabulous, very pleased!
