Cruel pension firm. BCSSS
My work pension stopped. When I phone them, they said it was due to my change of address. I am currently in a hospice. They claim to have sent unanswered letters. I have received nothing. On entering the hospice I bought a mail transfer from the post officeon phoning. The chap said they would send me a form to fill in and return-from the address they have sent a letter to. The letter has just arrived with no form. On calling them back , the lady basically said the whole problem was the post office and will send me another form. They are still withholding my pension. You couldn’t make it up,

Waste of time Barclaycard
Finally my problem was solved. The patient lady At Barclaycard found I had been sent the wrong card and then the right card was sent to the wrong address. A new card is being sent that should function properly. help lines didn’t work is still a mystery. I will wait a while and the cancel my card completely. I don’t trust them after this debacle

Barclaycard useless
To repeat the same thing over and over and expect a different outcome is the definition of insanity. Barclaycard are trying to drive me insane. My new card is useless. The helpline will not answer. They claim I owe them 89pence that they won’t let me pay. I am totally fed up and just want to cancel the useless card but they won’t let me.

Useless Barclaycard
Still cannot register my card after numerous attempts. I tried phoning them using the helpline number to be told this number cannot be called using my network.. I do not know what to doit won’t even let me in to cancel this piece of rubbish

Useless Amazon app
They have changed their app on my iPad and it is now unusable. I was trying to get a repeat order for a famous Scottish soda, that doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Switched to EBay and ordered some with no problem.

Incompetent Barclay card
Got an email to review my monthly statement. The app will not load,stating technical difficulties and to try again later. This has gone on over three days. I need to do some business but can’t use it like this. Not good enough

Scottish power threats
I cancelled my account over two years ago because I entered a hospice. I cleared any money owing and have a
Screenshot from them saying everything is clear. Now a collection agency is demanding £220 for gas. I am not living there and the gas meter is shut off. The new resident is also getting demands. The collection agency will not answer the phone or email. On line is a waste of time. I have just spent over three hours on the Scottish Power help site with the usual response-not valid input. I do not know what to do to get these leeches off my back. Scottish power sent a reply which consisted their normal advert. Their customer service skill is zero.finally spoke to a person.there was a mistake in their computer. Everything should be fixed and no more demanding payment.

I cancelled my Sky contract when I ended up in a hospice. I had to pay a cancellation fee. The Sky agent said my account was clear, not owin a penny. Now I am being harassed by a debt collection agency for a fictitious £120.. email threats have reached over thirty. I tried phoning them to be held on hold for over an hour before being cut off. On line was also a nightmare. A simple phone call to Sky should resolve the matter but I am in despair trying to fix this. In my position I want all my affairs to be in order. They are now threatening to cancel my Sky services. From my hospital bed I do not know whether to laugh or cry.

I am now in a hospice and not at home. I cancelled my sky services and was forced to pay a late payment fee. Now sky is billing me for £120 and threatening action. I tried phoning them but the will not respond until I pay them the money and give them my credit card numbers.i refuse to pay this blackmail. Their customer service is terrible.
