So far so good, I was with birchbox since they started and I wish I had known about glossybox first I would never go with anyone else, the products are amazing both size and quality and I always save the boxes or tins they're so decorative and useful, I would highly recommend if you want that bit of luxury once a month just for you 👍❤️

I ordered the voltarol, it got lost ,I needed it for vacation, still none ,it was originally ordered 3 weeks plus before vacation, it arrived while on vacation, makes it useless
