Very easy to use service, a one man contact point (who was exceptional), I will definetely use again.

The Web Site could be better, this reflects on the App also as they follow the same format. Otherwise, not bad but not for me as I like the cash out options, the Bet Fred cash out option needs some looking at in my opinion.

Very easy to follow instructions when completing application. Seems like good value product for the money- Time will tell, I know you can never be sure about insurance until you try and make a claim but on the face of it, this seems like a great deal.

This company are fantastic at what they do, the quality of the goods is second to none and very resonably priced too. However, this company use Evri to deliver their goods, so if you want a next day delivery, then forget it. Evri will send out e-mails telling you your goods have been dispatched, but there is nothing in place for you to have a conversation with somebody when them goods don't turn up. To my Knowledge, there is no alternative delivery company offered, or I would use it.

This was an absolutely straightforward transaction. I believe I have been given a fair price for the insurance I purchased.
