Unfortunately, in this case, neither Motorway nor Trustpilot received any identifying details from you. As a result, we’ve been unable to locate your vehicle profile and therefore cannot respond to your review with the level of detail that may be required.

Please note that in any case where a buyer inspects a vehicle and finds that it has not been accurately described, they may either reduce their offer to reflect the newly identified imperfections or, in some instances, cancel the sale altogether.

We do advise all sellers that it is essential for the vehicle to be described as accurately as possible during the listing process. This helps to ensure that the final offer is honoured at the point of inspection and avoids any unexpected adjustments.

To maintain transparency and fairness across the platform, we always require buyers to provide clear evidence for any proposed reductions or cancellations. This allows us to review and validate the situation on your behalf.

Buyers are continuously monitored throughout their use of the platform. Any buyer who fails to follow our processes or does not act in line with our standards may be subject to removal from the platform permanently.

It’s also important to note that as a seller, you are never obliged to accept a reduction or any offer that you are not happy with. Selling your vehicle through Motorway is completely voluntary at all times, and you remain in full control of the decision.

If you would like us to investigate this matter thoroughly, so that any necessary sanctions can be considered, please provide the information we previously requested. Otherwise, we wish you all the best going forward.
