I used to sing their praises. Not now though. I am still waiting for a tracked parcel to arrive here which has been sitting at the senders local Evri since at least 25th November. ( the quoted delivery date was 22nd-24th) and was sent on 21st. It is now 1st December and no movement. This is really bad and now on par with Royal Mail 48 tracked, and Yodel, whose reputations are shot. I will have to start going to buy these items from retail shops from now on. Sick and tired of non-existant delivery services and waiting forever. The item is a shower head, and is not as though it is a large item to struggle with. I should have gone to my local B&M. I will next time.

They don't have a customer service

They don't have a customer service. Or at least it seems non existent. Also I was also a victim of the dreaded artificial streming bot on one song. Wuth Spotify you are guilty no matter what. There must be somone within Spotify who is playing this bot game as they seem oblivious to the real culprits, with all their log in security codes etc. It seems a way that greedy Spotify can hammer the little artist. It is so hard to open an artists Spotify account as you cannot create one until you have already released a song. If someone of the same name exists, (which is very frequent with multiple same names) then you get put on someone else's profile. I once spent over two hours on their chat about an artist profile that has this problem and got absolutely nowhere. I had some other artist contact me on my youtube page angry that my song/songs were on his profile and that was the reason of the call. What a complete shambles. You can see why major artists like Taylor Swift have left them. Only a matter of time before another streaming platform will replace them with a fairer outcome. They are on borrowed time. I'm on many platforms and it is only Spotify who seems to have this issue. Strange that!!

Awful! Absolutely awful.

Awful! Absolutely awful. I bought a PC from Currys in November 2018 and took out an agreement with Knowhow (now Care & Repair) and not needed them until now. I phoned about my PC and apparently they don't come out to fix it as I was told over the phone by some African woman. You'd at least expect to get a knowledgable person the other end. They only come out to fix large appliances and she told me firstly to fix it myself. That nullifies any agreement or doesn't she know that. Ha ha that's a joke. Then she said to take it to my nearest Currys store (16 miles away). I told her I'm 73 and awaiting a new hip. How on earth can I carry a desktop PC from a car to the store even if I could get to the stores she mentioned as I know both of those stores are difficult to carry a PC to. In the end they are coming out to collect my PC on Friday this week and it will be gone a minimum of 7 days. No replacement, so I'm without my pc and I need it. Seeing that I pay £6.99 per month for this privilege and in the time I've had the agreement I have paid out some £582 for the agreement, this is disgusting. Will I buy from Currys again and take out an agreement? Not likely. I won't be buying anything from them again. I will buy another new PC soon but not from them. I thought the agreement would protect my pc, but alas no!

Absolutely awful!

Absolutely awful!! The mail seems to get delayed without fail by a couple of days on orders that I have made of small items. However, 3 items from 3 different sources all due on 28th October have not arrived and it is 5th November today. So, a 3 day delivery on 3 differnt items tracked from 3 differnt places has now taken 11 days and still not arrived. No good checking the tracked service as they don't give any information until it is out for delivery, which obviously doesn't help finding out what happened.I'm assuming that someone at royal mail has stolen the sack (has happened before in the past). This is a disgusting service and I don't use it anymore unless I am forced to.

Awful!! And I mean awful!!!

Awful!!! Absolutely awful!!!! I moved from firefox to Google chrome as firefox seemed to using too much resources, however, Google is worse! Also it keeps kicking me out when I log in to Google mail. Now let me get this right. google Chrome kicks me out of its Google mail. I blamed Google mail for this, but I tried logging into Googe mail with Firefox and no problem at all, every time. Sort it out Google Chrome or I'm dumping you forever. A supposed giant in this field yet so useless.

AWFUL!!! I've had enough of it!!!

Awful!!!! Update on yesterday's review. It gets worse. It has clustebombed me again today twice in 2 hours. It doesn't know when to shut up. Acts like a malware. It has gone down to one star from two stars. I don't trust it with my information. I'm actively looking for an alternative right now. I've had enough!!!

Like a cluster bomb

Like a cluster bomb! The actual anti-virus is good but the hard sell puts me off buying the pro version. Like all of these type of programs that behaviour is not welcome and won't get my business. Makes up false information and scare tactics and just pops up when I'm doing something important. I close the ad and it opens again, close that and it does it again guaranteed 3 times every time. I don't trust a program that behaves like a malware in itself. I just moved from AVG to this and realised it's the same company, so I'll be looking elsewhere again. Get this Avast. I won't buy a product forcefully.

Rubbish! Late late late show!

Rubbish. What else can I say! Unfortunately when I purchase something I don't get told who delivering it until it is despatched. My parcel was supposed to have been delivered 18- 22nd. It is now 24th and after checking on Ebay I have found it has reached my depot yesterday having been sat in their home despatch depot since 19th . Still no sign of parcel yet or when it will be delivered. With everything I've ever bought in the last 8 years only 3 items were late. Yes you've guessed. All Yodel. My previous item was late by 2 days, the one before that the same but was left out in the rain when I have a nice secure front porch which every other courier and the postman use. I used to live in Cornwall and they were the same there too. Well known for it. How a company like that survive I do not know.

Conflicts with too many programs

I have been using AVG free for about 17 years and it has been fine, but this year it has conflicted with Google mail and throws me out first time of logging in, and this is every time. Every time it does a scan now it says my computer is critical and to upgrade. Not on your life! There is nothing wrong with my computer as various other programs I use like ASC free, Wise Care 365 free and also Fortect (which I have a PRO subscription and according to all of them my computer is great. So, all in all I don't trust AVG and am looking to go for another antivirus. Lying just to try and fleece people out their money isn't very nice and you should be ashamed of yourselves trying that sort of practice. And that is besides AVG being too enthusiastic in blocking programs when they were fine before. It may be to do with recent updates, but I'm not happy. I was blaming Google mail to start with, but it isn't is it? I had to have my say as it winds me up every day, programs that were fine before are now being interfered with by AVG.

Update made it worse!

Update made it worse!
If it wasn't bad enough already, the update didn't do anything positive at all. I'm still being chucked out of my gmail when I try to log in first time and it has this minute just thrown me out while I was writing an email to someone, and I had to start all over again. Also, now Google doesn't save my passwords. All my other sites on my pc are fine, just Google sites like Google mail and Youtube. How can it be so rubbish. They must try so hard to be this rubbish. I'm gradually moving my stuff to other email sites other than Google, and already moved back to Firefox browser after The last straw with Google.

It takes forever to load at start

It takes forever to load at start. When I click for chrome, on start up the screen goes blank for about 15 secs. Why???? I thought it may be a pc problem. But no, I used Firefox and I used Microsoft Edge and they both loaded fast, so now we know the problem, don't we Google. Too busy spying and spamming. I have just upgraded my internet from fast fibre to full fibre 300 and it is wonderful, but woeful on Google chrome. Youtube also owned by Google keeps going blank as well. Get your act together Google. You and Facebook are absolute trash. Better companies out there, so I'm looking elsewhere now. You've had your day and abused our trust.

Update didn't improve anything

Update didn't improve anything. This is my second complaint on this. The other being a couple of months ago. The update yesterday didn't do anything positive. The Google email still chucks me out the first time I log in and they keep prompting for my phone number as a a recovery. Get stuffed, you're not getting that, so you can sell my details. I know your game and I'm now considering going back to Firefox and changing my email to another email provider. You've actually gone down from a 2 star last time to a 1 star this time. Didn't think you could get any worse.

Brilliant!!!! Love it!!!! Highly Recommended!!!

Great generator! I had a look at several companies as I've never tried this AI create musicstuff before, and none of the competitors offered a try out. The minute you would try to create a song and see what they are like they want you to subscribe money without being able to see what they offer. Not with Musicgeneratorai.com though, I was able to try two songs and see what it was like for free. I was convinced straight away so I took out the basic subscription package. Delighted with the results since. Brilliant platform and I contacted them and they seem very helpful and nice people. I did say to them though, none of the AI music generator companies go beyond 3000 characters. I thought this was the case with this company, but after enquiring, I found out that even on the basic package I was on, that I could use v3 and v4, and v4 extends song length allowed to 8 minutes. Once I had use v4 I also realised the character count went up to 5000. Briliant!!! I see on the web that the 3000 characters are discussed on all platforms as being a negative, so I picked the right company indeed. I write my own lyrics, as I'm a songwriter and I prefer my own touch. The vocals and the recordings are superb. I love this ai music generator 5* but I would give it 10* if I could. Brilliant!!!!

Throws me out when I try to log in

Google mail keeps throwing me out when I try to log in, so I have to do it again. This is besides the fact that I use Google Chrome. Never had this problem in my life with any other company, even with Google mail, until a month ago. May have been a bad Google update I assume. So frustrating, as I went to the community section and filled in the problem then when I tried to submit, it chucked me out again and lost the info I had just tried to submit. So rubbish! For what is supposed to be a leading company in this area, this doesn't bode well. Come on Google, wake up!!!!

Biased against the small guy

I have over 80 song videos on youtube, but they have a habit of not putting them up for up next or recommended. This leads to a very low viewing rate. I used to share my songs on Facebook with lots of people, but now I don't bother, as if Youtube can't be bothered then neither can I. A couple of songs in the past when shown as next up etc the views were up to 700, but now around 50 is the maximum and they are from friends and family viewing. Youtube still stick ads on the videos though, and as I only have 64 subscribers I don't get paid. I wonder too if the ad companies are being fleeced. I mean if you don't get the videos to the audience and just let them die, then if people aren't watching, why bother to put an ad on it in the first place. Also when I watch youtube on tv the will show ads all day long if you let them. It will show 5 secs and when that is up it will show 59 secs if you don't stop it. I have one ad that showed 1 minute and the video was only two and a half minutes, so I didn't watch it, as I'm not having that. Don't get me wrong, I know ads keep it going, but not shown before the video surely, when you haven't seen anything. Maybe in the middle. It's just greed and Google are just like Facebook now, a has been company playing tricks on clients, customers and artists having no customer service, except feedback to which they never reply as they hide away. I have now started to use Dailymotion and Soundcloud more now and I have no faith in Youtube. They have gone to the pot and people like me are using other platforms more and more to watch videos. So many to choose from now.

Hackers, scammers, and fake profiles as usual. No changes there. I report them and Facebook can't see a problem with them and won't take them down. Must be proliferated by Facebook. A lot are bots and still not taken down. Also many others are from scamming sites in Nigeria, still not taken down. They give scamming links and still not taken down. Yet, I have a female friend who opened a new account and Facebook blocked the account and wanted a real photo of her along with sideways on photos. Is that so Facebook can clone her profile and scam her. Of course she didn't bother anymore. Never heard of that before as so many don't even have a photo or image not relevant, or even nothing at all with no activity. So, the only reason I use Facebook is to stay in contact with a couple of members of my family and friends who don't have other options. I did have over 1,000 Facebook friends but I trimmed it down to 100, so I haven't got to use Facebook if possible. I don't use Instagram either as that is a Facebook owned, so they can keep it.

A tale of two halves!
Firstly (this review) I will review Rockley Park in Poole and in a 2nd review, it will be Devon Cliffs, which I stayed at both. Devon Cliffs from 5th-9th May 2025 and Rockley Park 16th-23rd May 2025.
What is it about Haven and toilet brushes? I have stayed at holiday chalets and caravans now for about 50 years and it is only Haven that never have a toilet brush. (Probable cost of about 80p) Yet in one caravan (Devon Cliffs) it had a dishwasher!!!! But no toilet brush. To be fair, the caravan was fine and clean, but I had to drive to the complex as it was too far for me to walk, with severe arthritis in my hip and I'm 73. It couldn't be any further away! I've never used Mash and Barrel before but this time I thought I'd give it a try. The first afternoon I had a burger and chips. Not very nice to say the least and I wasn't even given a serviette nor knife and fork to eat it with. My son joined me on the Saturday and as he had a nightmare journey on the train and not eaten, I said we could have a mixed grill and pudding after. Well with one drink each it cost £71. Disgusting, and I even queried it but it did add up to that. the little wedge was supposed to be a steak. That was a joke and the gammon was like a slice of bacon, flat. Very disappointing and even before we had finished the young guy palmed our hot treacle pudding on our table as though trying to hurry us. Terrible service like I've never seen before. The staff were untrained, unhelpful and pretty useless. We gave Mash and Barrel one more go the following morning and it was awful for breakfast. Expensive rubbish (from then on we went into Poole to Wetherspoons where it was half the price and much higher quality). Never used Mash and Barrel again there will never again either. One evening after a drink in the club we went to Cooks for fish and chips (although I did tell my son that it was awful on my stays at other Haven sites) That cost £31!!!!! It was disgusting he couldn't eat it nor could I, what a waste of money. The fish was flat and tasteless with no batter on it and the chips like cardboard. Another evening we tried Papa Johns. That was expensive too but the pizza was lovely, I have to admit, but once again a problem, the garlic bread was flat, like rock and would break our teeth. We did try the club but the entertainment was basic and the in house team were pathetic dying a death and two nights were shutting down at 9.30 and were not good at all. I have seen much better on other Haven sites, and a few ladies we got speaking to, said they wished they hadn't bothered. I also saw someone on the site with an XL Bully. Who takes a dog like that on holiday and who lets someone in with one, with children on the site. All in all a disappointing holiday and I won't be going back to Rockley Park for sure. (I'm running out of Haven sites now). I'll start looking at other companies in the UK for my holidays now, as I never go abroad. See my review on Devon Cliffs which is much better, after this one. I have a holiday booked at Donniford Bay in June too for two weeks, but after that maybe I'll look elsewhere from now on. Haven you miss a trick. So near yet so far. It's called shooting yourself in the foot.

It keeps losing connection

It keeps losing connection. I have Sky superfast. That is a joke in the title. I thought I was paying about £30 for my internet and I just looked and it is £43!!!! and that is with their discount. I lost internet for 4 days before Christmas, I think due to the winds. No compensation though. It has also been dropping out several times a week and for two days last week and I reported by it by phone and it said the issue was outside my home. So, why does it keep dropping out again this week, and today twice!!!! I had an email to upgrade to full fibre. Why would I go for full fibre when the superfast is no good? And why am I being charged £43 including discount when new customers can get it for £25 and they can get Sky full fibre 500MB for £32. They keep offering VIP rewards that I don't want yet charge me extortionate prices for internet that doesn't work. At first I thought it may be a constant problem outside of their control, but when they offered me full fibre just so it stops dropping out, that is a nerve. I've already cancelled Sky sports when they put it up in April, as I though stuff that. I only watched cricket anyway and a lot of that is now on BT sport and I wasn't going to pay for that as well. Well it looks as though I could be going back to Plusnet again. Didn't have this problem with them and only changed because of a deal at the time with Sky because I had Sky tv. Well time is up as when I lose internet I also lose Netflix etc. I used to sing Sky's praises. Not anymore.

More rubbish than ever

More rubbish than ever. I only go on there a couple of times a week now to contact a couple of friends, but that could end altogether as I'm sick of Facebook. Full of scammers, spam and Facebook promoted garbage. For the 3rd time in a week they put up firearms adverts when I had already reported it to them. Each time they got back in seconds saying that they see nothing wrong and it doesn't go against their policy and then they put it on my page again as though they are trying to antagonise me. I live in the UK and although the US (where the company is based) may be full of gun toting cowboys causing school massacres, it is not something that happens here. So promoting firearms so blatantly is a disregard of decency. Not as though Facebook has any decency. They are not fined enough to stop this disgusting behaviour.
