I am absolutely delighted with Lily O'Brien's chocolates. I was late placing an order in time for my husband's birthday on 20th January. I ordered on 19th but was both surprised and absolutely delighted that they arrived next day on 20th (delivery usually 2-3 days). Chloe in customer care was extremely helpful and communications by email are excellent. Lily O'Brien chocolates are the only ones we ever buy - they are far better than any other chocolate manufacturer. Thank you.

After two years of not placing an order and cancellation of my account I have been contacted by Witt International stating I am in arrears with my account!!! I have also been served a default notice and charged £12 even though I havent ordered anything from this company for two years. Suddenly, out of the blue, I get a letter from the Financial Services Director stating my payment in December 2025 was missed!! This company was taken over by Kaleidescope and I recently ordered two pairs of trousers which were not suitable and returned. They are still requesting payment even though confirmation that the items have been received in their warehouse.

Thank you for resolving my recent delivery problem. I fully appreciate that the Royal Mail are at fault as it is a busy time of the year. I would like to say that your company have a good selection of Christmas decorations and I will be using your company again.

I have STILL not received my order despite being advised a week ago it had been despatched. Very disappointed. This is the first time i have used this company but I wont be using again.
