Appauling service and communication

Spectacularly incompetent company.
After a series of delays leading up to the installation date, not knowing if they would be able to attend to install or not, they finally confirmed the date.
With our current ISP expiring, we were eventually told there would be a minimal (few hours) without internet, if any ay all. Seeing that it was not even a switch of providers but a brand new installation.
Come the day of installation, no internet.
Called Onestream and went through all the troubleshooting, but nothing.
The agent on the chat even said, 'rest assured, this will be resolved by the end of this chat' Bold claim.
It was not.
The conversation ended with a referral to another technical team, saying they would be in contact within 24-48 hours.
This is where we are now.
Called Onestream again to complain and see if this can be expedited, no, it is not us that deals with this, it's outsourced.
A rather insulting 1 month free service was offered.

This was a while back but relevant

This was a while back, but i emailed a complaint about food poisoning. It was the only thing i ate on the particular day and i was pretty ill.
Regardless of whether it was a ecoli strain going around, as suggested by the council, i never received any response from the company, showing they care very little about their customers.

Never EVER had a good experience with…

Never EVER had a good experience with currys. My last ever purchase
There after care is horrendous, you can't call individual stores, forcing you to spend hour on hold on the phone .

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, I accidentally signed up to their £100 membership!!!!! They outright refuse to refund me after I immediately called and said I'd sign up accidentally

Not great

Not great, the colour starts fading after 2-3 washes.
Also, who needs a subscription for underwear?!? it's a scam-tactic business model, they're hoping you forget to cancel after your free trial, just like Netflix etc.

Sometimes the colors may fade slightly, despite our best printing techniques. This usually occurs after the first wash, but after that, they tend to remain fairly consistent.

We always recommend our members to follow the washing instructions carefully: wash at a low temperature (30 degrees), use a good color detergent and hang them to dry for the best results.

We would like to have the opportunity to look into the issues you're facing further.

Poor customer service

How do you talk to someone? The chat is awful, just a bit giving you the questions to chose from.
I somehow have a subscription and I don't want one.

Seek an alternative provider or risk disappointment

Poor communication, hard to get hold of. Won't replace a fault phone even though I'm still paying the phone off on a monthly basis.

Seek alternative companies!!!!

Phone broke 18 months into my contract, they refused to do anything as the warranty was only 12 months. Even though I'm still having to pay the phone off for another 6 months.

SCAM SITE

SCAM SITE, BEWARE!!!!, be very careful. They've taken my money and won't answer my emails.
Their contact support is a joke and end the conversation without letting you talk.

Worst service imaginable to man.

Worst service imaginable to man.
It’s gone beyond a joke now.
I’ve spoken to 7 different people, visited 2 different stores a total of 4 times, spent over 3 hours on the phone, been lied to on the phone and STILL I have not gotten my laptop back.
Beyond!
DO NOT get your laptop repaired here under any circumstances, it will take weeks.

Takes time, but they eventually offered a solution (read review)

Hi Matt,
I will edit my complaint as after speaking with yourself we are making good progress.
I must still say (for the sake of other customers) that It took talking to 4 people and 2 days, but I’m now happy with what has been offered; a free repair of my faulty laptop and a temporary low spec laptop to allow me to work.
