One of our suppliers insits on using Payoneer. I have over 38 years experience of paying suppliers and this app is pure shit. I even resent using this supplier as he sends invoice via Payoneer

I have been waiting for a refund since the begining of March (AUK95924257) and have had several emails saying they are working on it - but this is both annoying and in contravention of UK Consumer Legislation. Don't buy Adidas is the moral here.....

Another week on from my last complaint, HSBC still cannot process the simple task of changing the Primary User on the account from one signatory to another. This time they say that my signature does not match, very odd since I photographed the same signature which they accepted last week. They are not serious about business and so we have started diverting income to our other bankers Tide and NatWest.

The admin function of HSBC Business Banking is not fit for purpose. Simple tasks like changing a Primary User take weeks, running into months. Even their own Managers (such as the ever-helpful Kyle Blockley) are powerless to overcome the “Computer Says No” ethos of this bank. We also use Tide Bank for our business banking and they are super-efficient and I would highly recommend them.
