Excellent service. Straightforward and reliable

Hotel is perfect. Came for our anniversary and our room was amazing. Staff are really on the ball and nothing is too much trouble. Only downside was the road out the front where cars were using it as a racetrack all night (though obviously this is out of the hotels control and it won’t stop us returning)

Top class company. Done photos at an Only Fools and Horses Convention and couldnt wish for better photos from a memorable occasion. I also had a question and was emailed back immediately.

Eastthorpe Retreat is absolutely perfect. Myself and my husband stayed for our anniversary and we can't wait to come back. Maxine is so friendly and helpful and the perfect host. So many extras and finishing touches, thank you for the champagne. Lovely relaxing in the hottub in such a peaceful area. So homely, absolutely immaculate. I cannot fault in any way. Highly highly recommend. I will be spreading the word on just how lovely it is.
