Asked for a quote for home insurance. Have never had a claim in over thirty years and was told we can't quote you.Have given the same information to several other companies and got good quotes.This company not up to a good standard

Asked for reaction lens but when glasses came they did not have reaction. The girl in store said they would darken down so that's how I know the order was wrong.Rang them and the reply I got was it's £70 if I want to bring them back and have the reaction lens

Rang in march and agreed 29.99 for broadband and 20.00 for 2 mobile phones until 2026.Now they say I have to pay 23.00 for mobile phones because they didn't put me on the proper contract in march.so for ee making the mistake I have to pay the increase so stay clear of theses people I thought scamers where people with masks

If you have taken out the contract before the annual price increase was implemented, you will have noticed an increase shortly after, this will have been explained before taking out the contract, so apologies if you weren't aware.

Got blink doorbell and have say all good. Found setting up bit confusing but that could be just me being old pensioner.Have ordered echo show and hope it will connect easy.But well please with the sharpness of the camera on doorbell and wide angle lens.

Keep your cash to long and no parcel

Contacted aliexpress as seller says refund 35 days if parcel not received.No parcel and no refund so told by aliexpress must wait until 7/7 for my money back if it comes.So don't believe all you read on aliexpress as they will have my money about 42 days.Update contacted these people again and now told to wait 48 hours after seller says refund in 35 days never came.Aliexpress say 7/7 and now sold 48 hours what's going on with these people are they not giving people there money back

3035817251881932 stay clear from these people received no parcel can't get my money back from them and going round in circles trying to talk to someone that understands. Have my cash 4 weeks and looks like there keeping it.Keep asking for screen shot and they can see themselves I have received nothing

Recommend mg cars

On my second hs and this time a phev.Have to say this has been an amazing car.The system with engine and batteries is fantastic would recommend mg to anyone with confidence. Only sad part is the temporary DAB radio which mg had to use because of chip shortage seems to have become a permanent fixture and they don't seem to want to sort it out

Incompetent staff

Can't wait to get away.complaining about my bill being to low.Must have spoken to at least 7 people at bt and some said it was correct most said they see it wrong and they would correct it. Well never happened and was told I would get a call back and never happened. Are these people taking bt for a ride taking wages under false pretences

Never been more disgusted with any…

Never been more disgusted with any company. Been with bt for 50 years and upgraded my broadband six weeks ago. It lasted three weeks and stopped working. Engineer came out after two weeks and said it was the hub. New hub never came so rang them up and now charging me a £1 a month more and £9.99 delivery. Could not get them to understand the hub was only three weeks old so why am I paying delivery charge. Just stay clear
