In response to the comment by express trainers. Isn't that your business model. You buy stock that's been hanging around and sell them cheap. My VIP card says 15% off all orders. Perhaps sports direct will be more useful in future

Hi,
The reason the respective codes are not working as you are probably trying to order clearance lines. Whether it is necessary to leave such negative feedback which impacts on the business is questionable. All you needed to do was drop us a line by email or ring us directly and we could have quite easily addressed this for you.

Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged. It's from a third party seller but sold and delivered by Amazon. Return process loops and you get to the beginning halfway. I've cancelled prime and stopped any future subscriptions for deliveries. I will say Amazon refuses to acknowledge UK consumer laws. Doing a charge back with my bank.

So Energy. Terrible experience. Don't join this provider

After having a detailed conversation with Ryan from the CEO office via email about joining so energy and the EV tariff it appears I can clear the process they put in place. I join up. Have issues with that and then get told because of the crisis I'm the middle east I can't join. This business is diabolical and incompetent at the basic level of customer service. Just avoid, switching from e.on as they got expensive but now moving again to octopus. Just avoid SO ENERGY. You will regret moving to them. Also Google so energy money saving expert, where I saw some terrible stuff about this business. Do not join so energy.

I'm reply to the comment below. They don't deny they won't allow me to join the EV tariff. I could argue that they gave me positive responses and told me that I would be eligible to join. So they should either allow me to join the tarriff any anyone else who switched in the last 2 weeks prior to them freezing new applications. I had an EV tariff and thought I'll try these guys out, small newish busines. Take my advice stick to the well established long standing experienced energy suppliers. I can't say anything positive. I might ask the ombudsman to take a look.

The worst energy supplier in the UK

Suddenly e.on told me I had gaps in my smart meter readings, even though I use uSwitch to monitor my usage and it's never missed any data. I have had bills for days going back to may 2025 and they vary. I even have to tell eon that the have billed my for gas and not electric. I believe that they have double billed my for at least my standing charge on these days. Eon in my opinion sail close to the wind. They by any means are the worst business I've ever had to deal with. Emailing the CEO you get the same people from normal customer service contact you. If you want to have hassel with your electric account and get to speak to people who never completely answer your emails go with eon. I think they have stolen money from me. My account seems to be a total mess.

The own brand black sacks don't tare…

The own brand black sacks don't tare away easily. I advised a member of staff to be told that's why they are £2.59 for 25. My friend also had a homophobic experience in harnam store. Perhaps they need some customer service training and Diversity training. Disappointed

The worst energy business I've delt with

The worst energy business I've delt with. Just switched to another business.

Messing around with billing. They also have a time machine and billed me in January for Actual usage in February.

Change to EV cheap rate time form 12-7 to 12-6pm.

They don't like refunding account credit, that was promised over 3 weeks ago.

Just avoid. Just Avoid

Top service from HomeServe

I discovered a leak. Called up and made a claim. Paid the policy excess of £30 to be given a window of between 5-10pm. Michael called 740 pm to say he was on his way! Visited and fixed problem. You can't go wrong with homeserve. Thanks 🙏👍 thanks again
