The meals are not good and they wouldn’t let me cancel without paying the upgrade for the discounted first box. RIP off merchants

Hi Lynn,

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience — that’s not what we want for our customers.

On the meals, we know taste is very personal, but we do take feedback seriously and are always working to improve.

I’d also like to clarify that you can cancel your plan at any time. There’s no penalty to cancel — however, if you choose to stop early, we simply adjust the pricing so that you’ve paid the standard rate for what you’ve already received, rather than the lower rate linked to a longer-term plan.

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could. Was admitted for emergency eye surgery at the end of September and had to cancel my holiday. Provided all the documentation requested including medical history. Have just had claim declined due to having a chest infection in 2024 after annual insurance was taken. This is almost 2 years ago and bares no relevance to my claim. Some employees are downright rude when you call them. I have asked for claim to be re-opened and a manager to call me so far this has not happened. I will be taking this to financial ombudsman if this is not resolved. Will never deal with this company again
