Ruben is the best coach ever! The courtside app is so easy to use and they reschedule bookings promptly if you're ill. Ruben is amazing as a coach and it's great to improve so much in the sun

They have apologised, delivered the new shed and offered some compensation which eases the pain somewhat

I did not receive email confirmation of my order so ordered an elf outfit from another online store and received quicker than from Smiffys. No reply to correspondence either a) asking if order has been received or b) asking how to get a refund. Most disappointed.
