Its not often i leave bad reviews especially from a company ive previously bought from.
But this companys return process is absolutely DIABOLICAL
I do not drive and was informed i could return by home collection providing i could get a label printed.
They have changed thier policy more times than i change my clothes.

This has been an extremely stressful anxiety provoking experience for me

Will stick with hassle free returns from now on
I will not use again.


NOTE
My review is even more validated now having checked info on another review that returns labels should be in the parcel from your own response.
Funny, this was only may and i was told mine didnt as cutting down on waste!!!!

Absolutely loving my strawberry print pjs.
So much so i want another set plus the shortie set.
Normally id stay away from long sleeves in the summer.
But the fabric of these is such great quality.
Their supersoft yet so lightweight, therefore very comfortable and breathable
So pretty too.

Oh my holy lord.
I have to post this.But instagram.restrictions have now officially gone beyond comprehension!!
Its got to the point where i am now actually scared of social media now.
Random comments thrown out and using @ is absolute HELL ON EARTH.
Literally came off a 3 day ban and in 16/17 hours i posted around 30 comments with hours inbetween.
Banned again for 3 days.
What the hell is going on.
Everyone complaining about it.
They even removing content that is not SPAM

But when you find worrying information out about VIP tickets and how thier priced etc it does not do your mental health and anxiety any favours.

Bought a scrabble game for me and my children that arrived in a shocking condition.
In my 43 years on this planet ive never seen a board game that doesnt arrive in a BOX WITH LID.
And it was sat in a plastic tray that was all split too
They decide to go in my favour but only if i return it.
Well on buy,sellers should not be faking images on their listings that look nothing like the images they portray.
The listing clearly showed the board game and the scrabble box.Id go so far to say that this is breaking the law because the sale is not GENUINE.
I should of bought it at a high street retailer as i was going to do and wish i had.
I havent time to go round looking for couriers because you choose to allow sellers who are clearly not selling stuff as seen on your platform.My first 2 purchases were positive but will not use again after this

Now ive calmed myself down a bit i will tell you why i kicked off.

I am aware that chrissy needs 1 physical check up every year and also 1 telephone consultation.
Both are accepted fully.

What i wont accept is your lack of care and communication.Why is it every time i order her medication its refused for you to then tell me it was not issued because a call is then due.

She has her physical check up in january and rightly so she is now due her telephone review as we are now in june


But this is where the problem comes in.
You are not communicating and booking these appointments with me or anyone else. This is your job.
I get letters from my GP telling me im due for certain things, asthma etc

YOU DO NOT DO THIS!!!
You wait until medication is ordered which then adds delay and distress for both the animal and thier owner.

And to say your helping me was beyond insulting.
Who do you help, humans or animals!
Your happy to now let chrissy suffer as shes running low on her propalin so by the time she gets it she will no doubt be messing in the house again.You say the vet is not ringing till monday which by the way i also have a court hearing that morning and i only found out at 3:30pm this afternoon
That is beyond her control.

Teeth whitening strips that actually work.
I do suffer some sensitivity and gum bleeding as im leaving on an hour or over.
But thats ok as thats the price you pay for great results.
Easy to apply and highly recommend them.
Will continue buying.
Only downside is the bottom ones are more difficult and mine arnt perfectly straight.Make sure you dry your gums aswell as the teeth as they adhere better.
My teeth are whiter already and im on my 2nd day.
Cant wait to see the results in another week.
