I’m shocked, in a good way. I bought a refurbished Apple Watch from another supplier before and it was a nightmare. I almost gave up. I decided to try musicMagpie as a last attempt and I’m so glad I did. The watch arrived in perfect condition. It looks and feels brand new. No marks. No issues. It works exactly as it should. I also did not realise they’re part of AO. Once I saw that, I felt confident in my choice. This has completely restored my trust in buying refurbished tech. I would use them again without hesitation.

The product feels heavy and solid, which gives a good first impression. I was surprised to see the product was not made in the UK, given the high price.

I bought the coffee cup and bottle bundle. The quality is ok, but you can find similar products for far less. It does not stand out enough to justify the cost.

Clear and transparent pricing, which is great.

The pharmacist I spoke to was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would use the service again.

The only downside was the wait time. It took over a week for the video consultation and order to be processed. If you need your medication quickly, plan ahead and allow extra time.

I cannot thank Bupa Dental Newton Abbot enough. After years of avoiding the dentist due to fear and past experiences, walking through the door felt daunting. From the first moment, every single member of the team changed how I feel about dental care.

I searched extensively, read countless reviews, and chose this practice with hope. They exceeded it in every way. Signing up to the Dental Smile Plan was one of the best decisions I have made. A simple monthly payment for two check-ups and two hygienist appointments over twelve months removes stress and uncertainty. It shows real understanding of patients and their needs.

From the moment I arrived, Emma on reception made me feel genuinely welcome. Not rushed. Not invisible. Truly seen. The reception area was busy, yet she still took time to reassure me when my appointment time arrived. That kindness mattered more than she will ever know. It immediately eased my anxiety.

Meeting Julian and his dental nurse was another turning point. I felt at ease straight away. There was no judgement, only warmth, reassurance, and honesty. They explained my options clearly and treated me with complete respect. I felt listened to and cared for, not lectured or dismissed.

The following day, I returned for my hygienist appointment and was greeted again by Emma with the same warmth and care, despite another busy day. That consistency speaks volumes about the culture of this practice.

I was called in by the same dental nurse and met Ashleigh, the hygienist. She was absolutely wonderful. Calm, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She explained everything clearly and again showed zero judgement. I felt supported throughout and completely at ease.

This team has done something I never thought possible. They removed years of fear in just two visits. I now feel confident, calm, and even positive about returning to the dentist. I am deeply grateful to everyone at Bupa Dental Newton Abbot for their kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Thank you for making such a genuine difference.

I found Sheepland while searching for a new rug.

I ordered the Quad Long Fur Sheepskin Rug. The quality stands out. Thick. Soft. Well finished. The price feels fair for the standard of the rug.

Delivery impressed me. The rug arrived securely boxed. Inside sat a smart canvas bag. The bag included a brush and clear care guidance.

Competitive prices for new customers. New guidance means more checks but found these easy enough to do. Once submitted, approval and delivery was quick. Kept fully up to date along the way, which I really liked.

Made a purchase with one of their Black Friday deals. I forgot about the Range and didn’t usually buy from there, I felt the quality and pricing went down hill. However, they seem to have become competitive again and offer much better items at good prices!

This was my first time shopping at Terry’s, it was due to the really good pricing on Black Friday. I was so impressed with the quality and price that I put in a second order!

Overall, a really good experience. I was able to do everything myself and not have to speak to anyone, which I loved. It was also super quick!

I absolutely love Oswin Hyde Loafers. It’s a great shame that many of their Loafers have been out of stock for nearly a year and no sign of them coming back in to stock either.

I was recommended to Pharmulous via a colleague, to start the weight loss jab. Their service has been nothing but efficient, consistent and convenient! Everything you’d hope for in a Pharmacy. Their prices are a little more expensive (not a huge amount) than other sites but it’s worth it with the quick and seamless service.

I was referred to Medexpress by a friend who mentioned it could be a more affordable option for weight loss injections. I thought I’d give it a try but honestly, the process has been frustrating from the start.

After placing my order, I got the usual follow-up email asking for ID and a photograph, pretty standard, nothing new. But then my photo kept getting declined, which was strange because it was the same type of image I’ve used with other providers. I assumed it was some kind of system glitch, so I reached out to customer service… only to be told it wasn’t a glitch at all, but that they prefer you to wear lightly coloured clothes in your photo. So, if you tend to wear darker clothes like I do, be prepared for a bit of a hassle.

Eventually, I sent off a final version that was accepted, but then I received another email saying they were experiencing high demand and that I’d need to wait up to four working days just for the verification before they even dispatch the medication.

Compared to other companies I’ve used, this has been by far the slowest and most tedious experience. If you’re looking for a quick, straightforward process, I’d suggest exploring other providers. There are plenty out there, and with the current demand, I’m surprised Medexpress hasn’t made more of an effort to speed things up.

They’re are better sites out there with a lot more to win. Odds are also much better with other sites.

I wish that after every delivery they wouldn’t send an email asking for feedback! It’s exhausting.

Great so far. I’m a new customer, APP is easy to use, straight forward and everything is clear and understandable. Don’t like the idea of package accounts that they’re trying to bring in but that’s just a personal preference and may work for others.

Out of all the Ombudsman services, this is the best one. The online account is great, you can keep track of what’s going on. The advisors are quick and efficient at what they do unlike the other ombudsman services where you have to wait months and months. They’re friendly and overall knowledgeable, they should be proud of what they do.

Brought a new car and thought I’d treat myself further by buying so new car mats. Decided I’d go all out, upgraded the pile, added embroidery and paid the extra for checking. Paid circa £70, received a confirmation email and then didn’t hear anything else. It would be beneficial to advise customer of delivery progress etc. Mats arrived, stitching all loose, no embroidery, even though they had stamped the sticker to confirm the embroidery had been done. This confirms that they do not actually check the items, even though I paid extra for that service. Contacted customer service, spoke with Ryan. Communication was regular but felt slightly confusing because when one resolution was offered, I emailed back to confirm, a second, third and fourth resolution was made and each time taking something away. In then end, resolution reached and waiting for this to be actioned. Honestly, I wouldn’t use this company again, there are many other companies that are much more value for money and better customer experience.

I love the fact it tells you if it’s a good deal or not. For someone who knows nothing about cars, is a great feature. However, the delivery included in the price, is not always the accurate price. I’ve found that a number of dealers shows a price and then tell you VAT is added on top. This is so they show as a good price on the site but if you add VAT it becomes expensive. CarGurus need to do more to protect their customers from these dealers.
