Better options out there

I like the option to pay over time without paying interest. However, it’s only offered weekly payments. Monthly is better. It also difficult to meet the targets to increase credit limits.

Do not waste your time!

I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company, not too. Do not waste your time. Appraisal was completed, guy said the company decided not to buy the car because of a small scratch at the back of the car. He said that this is the 4th time that this company has done this to different customers and seems to be their usual practice. He then went on to provide me details of another car buyer. I then received a text to say I had declined their offer, confused, I called and they said the appraiser had said there was an oil leak and something stuck in the engine. Surprised, I took it back to the garage that completed my service and MOT just a few weeks ago, who confirmed this was not the case and had no idea where or how they came to this conclusion! Used a different company, got more than I thought and less hassle than these.

I initially began my journey with an agent whose service, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. I found a car I was interested in and was informed by the agent that the vehicle had been sold after he supposedly contacted the dealer. However, I had already submitted a contact form myself, and the dealer later confirmed directly that the car was still available. This inconsistency was disappointing and caused me to lose trust in the agent’s handling of my case.

After the agent left the business, Leah took over my case, and the experience improved significantly. Leah was excellent—professional, positive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Leah really is a credit to your company!

Highly recommend

I wouldn’t use anyone else now! I can’t believe I didn’t join sooner. There’s nothing worse, finishing a day at work to then be stood in your local pharmacy for ages, this takes that away. Easy to use APP and delivered to your home the next day or two. You can set medication reminders and they keep you updated through the prescription request!

Aiden and the fitters at Exeter Tapi…

Aiden and the fitters at Exeter Tapi are amazing! I went in to store on the Tuesday when I received the keys to my new home (last minute) Aiden was able to get my carpets in the living room and bedroom done by the Thursday and the fitters returned the following Tuesday to finish the rest of the house. Super grateful for their efficiency to enable me to get in my home quickly and remove 1 of the stresses that comes with moving. Other companies could not fit me in for weeks. Price reasonable, lots of add on’s but the service I received in store and from the fitters more than made up for that. Cost was given upfront and full break down provided although the door shavings are not costed until the end of the fitting which we didn’t know and worth baring in mind if you’re on a budget. Overall extremely happy with the whole experience - my first time using them and will 100% go back and recommend!

Shocking service

Literally no idea what’s happening. Raised a complaint weeks ago and heard nothing. Live chat has been off for weeks, phone lines no longer work, tried to complete the online form got nothing back, emailed got nothing back!

New customer to Neon Reef

New customer to Neon Reef, had some issues with setting up the direct debit and was told they do not have a call centre so couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone. To later find out this isn’t true. Good prices so far. Shame payments can’t be made via the app and you have to bank transfer.

Thank you for leaving your review. We are an online company and do not have a call centre. All correspondence is done via email, Facebook and online chat.

We calculate your payments by multiplying the consumption figure you provided during signup by the unit rate and the standing charge by 365. This calculates the total estimated cost for 12 months. We then divide the total estimated cost by 12 to calculate your monthly direct debit amount.

You can also make additional payments via BACS transfer. If you find that your direct debit is not covering your usage, please contact us and we can increase your direct debit for you. We aim to respond to emails the same working day.

Probably one of the easiest/ best companies I’ve used.

Used a compare site to sell my old phone. These come out on top with price. Never heard of them before but had good reviews so went ahead. Return envelope received in the post the next working day. Sent the phone back. Text received to confirm they had the phone and was being looked at. Text to confirm all ok and the money was in my account within minutes of my phone passing the checks. Amazing, easy and straightforward company to use!

Little late review..

Little late review... had my Italian style bed nearly a year now. Ordering was a breeze the bed is still like brand new and the mattress is as when I brought it. Delivery driver was very friendly and on time, he had driven down from Birmingham. Will be ordering again!

The one good bank

Moved to Barclay’s about 3 years ago. Transition was quick and pain free. Love the APP it’s a selfseves dream, however, when first setting up the account you need to use a PINsentry or go to branch to use there cash point. Massive agg and the PINsentrys are so out of this century... they’re a little device to prove you’re you (plastic, annoying, not overall user friendly) they need to think of something more modern. Call centre, good, love the direct call and the live chat is even better!

Missing a Trick

I’ve been with EE for about 8 years now and we didn’t get off to the best start, rude staff, over charging on bills, long call wait times. As the years have passed they’ve got better. However, they’ve become so big that there prices have sky rocketed... they wanted £108PM for the new iPhone XS Max. Having searched around I found they offered the same deal as I was quite for £68 through a third party... of course, I complained and was told they couldn’t help me and this was a third party deal and I needed to speak to the online upgrades team. With that I spoke to them and they confirmed they will match this deal and would waive the wopping £350 upfront cost for the phone! Don’t get me wrong I’m greatful. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t offer long standing customers the best possible deals... reward them for being loyal, offer them even better deals they couldnt get elsewhere!

Avoid

I moved in to my property and wanted to exercise my right to change to my provider of choice. BGAS made this extreamly difficult and time consuming. Customer service staff are very rude and when asked to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for around 10 minutes for the line to the be cut. It amazes me, that they charge the earth to use there supply, have poor service and yet still have over 11M customers. I would advise anyone thinking of moving, don’t and anyone with them, move ASAP! You can get much better deals online and 100% better service with any of the other big 6 or smaller companies.

A long way to go if they want to stand out in the industry!

Just moved to this company from one of the ‘big six’ and the transition was smooth and ran all according to plan. Price is good and fixed for a period that suits my needs. However, you can tell you’ve moved to a smaller company that possibly cannot handle customer demand: 1: When you call, if the lines are busy you have to leave a voicemail... in my opinion this is very old fashioned and doesn’t give a good customer experience. 2: Online/ Selfserve: Very limited information available, updates are not ‘live’ so takes days to update when payments have been made. Not overall user friendly, cant view bills or letters. 3: No APP available: I use an APP for all my accounts and much prefer to serve myself this way. Over all the company is ok but has a lot to improve if they want to keep up in the ever changing energy market.

Please please please do not use this…

Please please please do not use this company to purchase any tickets for any type of event! They sell tickets fraudulently at a much higher purchase cost or some are even fake. If you have purchased ticked from this company please contacted WatchDog and Trading Standards!
