End2End Experience
I ordered 2 Luxe Gift Sets, 2 Baby Oral Cleaning Sets & 2 Silicone Spoon Sets - both to go to different addresses. I had to do it as 2 different orders which meant I only got the discount once!
The website was pretty unstable, including the payment portal, on both orders it took a minimum of three attempts for the purchase to go through. I tried the on line chat option which wasn’t live & I got answers to my questions / queries after the fact, so the point of the chat option is pointless!
I got order confirmation for the first order immediately, & I had to chase for the second one. I got the delivery despatch for the first order & I had to chase for the second one. The first delivery was received & I had to chase multiple times for the second one! The first order was delivered 3 working days before the second order. (I assume orders are numbered sequentially one was xxx19 the other xxx22). As mentioned I was constantly chasing the second order, I was even told it had been delivered & which clearly it hadn't & they themselves had confused the tracking of both the orders!
So overall, the parents love the products as do the babies, the website stability needs work especially the payment portal, the order process needs streamlining, the distribution & logistics needs a lot of work and the customer care, follow up & communication needs a lot of work too!
In summary, great products but truly hard work dealing with the company itself!
