Dreadful company

Made a flight booking. Airline cancelled flight. Airline says I need to claim through booking and booking says I need to contact airline. never book through booking . They are dreadful

Lying ineffective organisation

I can’t even give them a one. It’s minus 100!! So I left O2 in October 2025. A number of conversations later after I’d received a number of threatening letters it transpired O2 had mad a monumental error.
Well I’d like to believe that but calls mean nothing. I’ve received Moorcroft debt recovery ltd letter. I owe 18.99.
I had spoken to a person who agreed I’d been sent letters and sadly it was all O2 error. I was being referred for the third time to senior investigators.
O2HAS BECOME A FRAUDULENT ORGANISATION JUST LIKE VIRGIN MEDIA.
I do not know what to do. I am a pensioner, always paid my bills. It’s harassment and deeply upsetting . Ido I pay the debt recovery?O2 will not listen

Dreadful service

Since Virgin took over O2 has been dreadful. The accounts department a mess. I left paying all bills. They started sending me bills. Gad long conversations and was told they owed me money. More bills came. Another one hour and half. They have no record of my bank payments. My bank statements do not match their records. I’ve been made to feel like a criminal, a liar and dishonest. They owe me money. Not paid and now 3 months of disputes. So so upsetting

Dreadful service

Booked a ticket to India for my 70th birthday. . Excited. Booked one way as was not sure when returning. Wanted open return. I cannot change the ticket their system can’t do it. I’ve lost £200 so far. Will need to find another company to help me get back. Appalling service as they only speak like automatons, following a script. No help whatsoever ever. Will never use them again.

Untrustworthy

Not received and more money taken from my account. No response to my emails.
On their policy form they state they deliver within a certain time. This hasn’t happened and more money taken from my account. They finally responded and returned the extra money taken and promised a refund. As you can guess. Nothing arrived

Be aware substitution.

Nearly everything was substituted and sadly the gift was for someone who cannot tolerate certain foods. Also they had just come out of hospital. I messaged Yumbles and they apologised. Said they would send a few items. They sent a non alcoholic fuzzy drink. I’d already said fuzzy drinks are not good.
Be aware when they say alternatives will be made. I cannot recommend

Dodgy organisation

O2 since being with Virgin is dreadful. I left. Was advised by them they owed me money. Then they kept sending me bills. Finally got through. Cancelled bills. They had no knowledge of owing me money. .conversations deleted, records gone. Criminal!! Can’t do anything

Not as described poor service

Ordering was easy. I was sending a gift to someone who was unwell. The hamper did not match the advertisement. Very very disappointing. I wrote to Yumbles to complain and no response. Poor customer service and disappointing expensive gift

Disgusting robbery

New contract and after 4 weeks there has been dreadful service. Intermittent broadband and tv. Kept communicating via Facebook as couldn’t get through on phone. Really bad , no coverage for four days totally unreliable. No service now. So 12days and no support. Tried to leave and was sent a bill for £823 for the 3 year contract. No way to get out of bill .really really unhappy and want to leave . Booked engineer but no record. No record of complaints via messenger and Facebook. Departments don’t communicate. So disarming, disturbing and quite overwhelming. No one to talk to and can’t speak to ombudsman for one month. List work and as a pensioner need my work to supplement.

Not happy with Parcel Hero

I was charged £44 plus to collect my jacket from Spain. The jacket did not arrive and no one collected it. I eventually received a message saying another company was collecting it.t weeks later and a bill for £103plus was sent from this other company. . I kept questioning. It seems parcel hero was just organising the pickup.
I then had another letter from this company telling me to pay or a bailiff company would be involved. I could have flown over and collected my jacket for less.
PARCEL HERO is nit what they say they are.

Dreadful service

Took over a week to collect my old jacket which I’d left in a hotel in Alicante Spain. Am in London uk
Numerous emails asking what was going on. Paid parcel hero to organise which clearly they didn’t do very well.
I am now getting bills for £116.21 on top of delivery fee. I cannot find out why. No waybill number or job number. Just constant demands for payment.
is this a scam? Can’t even find out why. Dreadful experience. Not to be trusted.
Only got the bill 2 and half weeks after delivery. No warning

Poor service

Left my summer jacket at hotel in Alicante. Charge £42 for collection. Took over a week. Then company used Fed Ex and I’ve had another bill fit £112+
Can’t find anyone to speak to. Not sure why an old jacket which had photos of my grandchild in the picket should cost so much and create so many problems. Won’t use again
