The engineers set up the system in one day, but we had to wait until we had bought an ethernet cable the next day. It was not supplied. We are using it but have to use our old remote control to adjust the volume. We were supposed to have support and guidance to set it up but this was not forthcoming.

I received a basket of bulbs that were not properly planted. The moss was mostly dead. When I took the basket out the earth scattered everywhere. The response from the company was that they could be replanted. Hardly a welcome gift.

Our bulb arrangements are designed so that the bulbs can continue to grow and bloom over time, and they may occasionally require a little adjustment after transit. However, we’re sorry to hear that the presentation did not meet your expectations on arrival, particularly if the soil and moss had shifted during delivery.
