They have lost the plot

They have lost the plot, as they are too busy scamming customers with falsehoods. Parcels don't get delivered, they say it will be delivered as quick as two days, but take until day five to get the corrier to pick it up.
Their Customer Services are there to stop you getting assistance.

Terrible company

Owned by one of the richest men in and treats his customers like scum. Quick to take my money, slow to deliver my goods, used the worst delivery company Evry to deliver it. Who of course lost it for a while, the delivered it without letting me know. Then you only get to ask a computer for help and of course the computer says no. Getting difficult to source goods in the UK with the strangle hold US companies have.

Still a nightmare

I stopped using Temu 3 months ago because their delivery system is shockly bad. I decided to give them one more go, and first order has gone missing! Once again their Customer Services go out of their way to Not help, this time it was Celine.

They will screw you and fix nothing.

I stopped using Srew fix because they fix nothing and kept screwing things up. But foolishly I decided to try them again, bad mistake, the are much worse than before.
Going to use local companies in future as they are a false economy.

Ebay are crap.

I was sent the wrong part by a seller and tried to return it, it has told me I will have to wait 3 days before I get a return label.
Ebay are a waste of time.

BBC is not honest

I have had concerns for some time that the behaviour of the BBC was misleading us. Today I was on their FB page and decided to do a review, posted a negitive review. When it posted it was shown as positive. I tried to change it and could not. Deleted it and tried to repost, it would not let me.

CS, Aliexpress useless

One more try to get the items they got wrong last time, yep they got wrong again. Customer services are beyond bad and have not even bothered to reply to my formal complaint about 2 of their call handlers. Look at the score here, they are useless.
Same reply they gave last time, they lied then as well. No wonder buyers are looking elsewhere.

Wrong item sent

Wrong item sent, seller said they would send another, did not just wasted my time. Customer service Daphne was absolutely shocking and because I asked to speak to a manager just stopped replying. Then spoke Fatima who was just as bad. They have a a few goods deal but they are too much hassle. Buy elsewhere the little you save is not worth it. Their Customer Service is probably the worst in the world. Still lots of better companies out there
If you are in doubt about that they actually say we enjoy shopping with them,😱😡

Appalling company

Every so often I try them again, I really should know better. Just wanted a pair of lenses for a quest 2, arrived not the right lenses! However I have to wait for the bad seller, why?
It seems they will never get any better, so shop elsewhere.

Deliberately jacking up prices

Deliberately jacking up prices. Searched for bed side table on price and picked the cheapest and ordered. About an hour later I went back to check something found the exact same table with the exact wording for two thirds the cost. Cancelled more expensive one, but I have to wait for them to agree? They are scammers.

No idea about banking

You can clearly tell they are now owned by Nationwide, have a couple of ISA's maturing in a couple of weeks time and no information about it sent, not even on my online messages. Called appalling phone system and eventually got though to a person who after me taking the time to answer said I will put you through to the right department, and ditched me on an auto banking system. Called again, another long wait, this time she was even worse actually lying to me. Gave up will move my money a real bank. If they think they can afford to allow customers like me leave the are going to be bankrupt very soon, so get your money out quick.

What an appalling reply, tell me I felt I was not communicated about the ISA maturing. It was a fact not a feeling! As for 14days before what a scam clearly hoping people will not move the money. As a direct result of this reply I will be moving my stock and shares and bonds. I refuse to bank with a bunch of criminals.

No longer effective been corrupted

Another company who is putting profit before customer, had problems with a solicitor and did a review. They replied to which I needed to correct their lies.
Trust pilot removed my post telling me it was advertising? I challenged this and they replied I had not verified that it was a real complaint, which is simply not true, as in the post they deleted I pointed out that this dodgy solicitor had requested it even though they knew full well who I was and I complied.
Sadly this company is not fit for purpose and gives false hope that your complaint will be treated fairly. Don't waste your time.

What a reply have been waiting for a manager to contact me for around a month, prompted mant times just ignored. They tell more lies the other dodgy companies on here
could not make this up, they just tell more lies and give no explanation to why a manager has not contacted me. Probably because they have not even looked into it. Just scammers!

Another fail for HL CS

Once again the HL CS team had no interest in understanding the Customer message, thus allowing them to do nothing apart from giving meaningless platitudes which anyone could see through.
They want to investigate yet had not bothered to read the review. Had they done so they would have seen a complaint had been made. Then they could have cross reference the name, job done. However that would actually mean they were interested in helping me. Further more the culture of HL CS is to have the Customer do the work, and I object, because we are not employed by HL we are their clients. In fact if HL were serious about using Trustpilot as a tool to improve their business they could offer reviewers the option of identifying themselves when submitting the review.
HL CS has the option now of sending their last reply and this reply to me onto your director for complaints, as he is aware of my concerns. As this farce continues I have reservations of the quality of the complaints process, and I will have to wait and see if that actually functions.

CS out of control

First I would like, to challenge the assertion that anti money laundering legislation delayed my transfer. It did not, HL systemic failures did and blaming it shows how low HL customer services has fallen to. You will also note no interest in the serious issues of being lied to, calls not being returned and not even suggesting how I could make a complaint. CS are out of control and seriously damaging the company.
Evidenced by my follow up call this afternoon. First call hander Bobby, explained to her about not being called back and requested to be connected to a senior manager. All she had to do was connect me or not. Instead she tried to brow beat and intimate me, I literally had to shout at her before she put me though to her manager. This is where I found out how Bobby had got her appalling manner from, Sandeep. No intension of listening or finding out what my concerns were, just wanted me gone. I was then put through to another manager who at least listened to me and raised a complaint on my behalf. Unfortunately he was not helpful enough to take on board how bad things are in the company and escalate it in the interests of HL, or maybe acceptance of a poor level of CS is part of the corperate plan.
I would also like to identify William a so called manager as an appalling person, since he was the one who lied to me the most and wasted so much of my time.
I am still deciding whether to contact Dan Olley via Amy Stirling, but are these people even worth trying to support.

Got greedy and lazy

We have been with HL more years than I can remember, and up until today we're going to invest lots more with them. Over a month ago we moved investments from another company, the funds finally arriving in one of the accounts yesterday, the other, not a sign of it anywhere, and the account blocked as well! Anti laundering legislation was introduced to stop crooks not law abiding citizens, I should know I work for the department who introduced it.
Contacted CS explained to first call handler, said I will get a manager to call you back within the hour as my 18k was missing. Nearly three hours later no call, called again, had to wait whilst they tried to find out who should have called me. Then they called, but wrong phone. It was suppose to be a manager, but he was like no manager I have ever met. He continually implied we were wrong and the systemic failing in their process were something we had no choice but to put up with. Clearly he was reading from a script and customer feedback is no longer accepted in HL. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he would get a call center Supervisor to call me back, so clearly HL are deceiving customer and wasting their time by pretending to put you through to a pretend manager. I asked for the name of the supervisor and was told it would be quicker for me to get a call back if I did not want a named person. You will not be surprised I was not called back. So I will need to start all over again tomorrow, They are not Fit for Purpose, and it would not surprise me if their reply to this is to call their contact centre! Just another greedy company who has lost touch with their customers, will be going elsewhere with my money, suggest you do the same.

You could not make this up

You could not make this up, once again they blocked a money transfer from my account to my account in another bank. Raised a complaint weeks ago, nothing. I could not work out why some people were giving good reviews, then I realized it was all in branch, shame they are shutting them down.

Nat West just getting worse

Here I am again, review number three and the problems are endless with Nat West, from aggressive staff, failed systems, a fraud unit who were probably trained by the SS and a built in system to prevent you from taking your money out. The latest one was a new card to take 3-5 working days arrived in a couple of days, new pin 2-3 working days, nearly a week no sign of it. Tried to move money at weekend said had your allowance for today try after 18:30?? Even on Monday saying the same spupid message. I would have closed my account by now but they won't give me my money!

We need new banking laws

As so many others, we have had extra problem dealing with a death in the family. Even their so called security fraud team go out of their way to stop you moving money out of Nat West. Three transfers to a new high interest account blocked in the same name, held hostage until you answer a whole list of unnessacary questions, which is the real purpose of the block (collecting your personal data) along with making it nearly impossible take your money out. Asked to speak to a manager, they hung up, asked another to speak to a manager transferred me a random person. I asked for a manager again was told one would call back within 48hrs, did not. Asked again, a pretend manager called back and basically told me, you will shut up and do as you are told.
So this is why Bankers bonuses have been sky rocketing again!

Get your money out quick

We moved my mother in law estate money into an old account we had, done reasonably. Then we tried to move it into another companies account. It was then we found out they had extremely low limits on the amount you could send in a day. Sent an amount to test the link and they blocked it. We then talked CS who said use a phone app you can send more. Could not set up app as it said we had changed phone in last 3 days, when we had it 10 years. We spent hours getting abuse from operators, fraud, unit, and complaints unit. Later in the day we tried to send more money, you guessed it they blocked that. We were told we could go into branch, would that be the ones they have closed? Even if we could get to one we were told it would cost us £25.
Don't put any money in and good luck getting it out.
