As soon as I walked in through the door I was met with a smile. I told him what I was interested in and he took me to the travel wheelchairs and the range/ price etc available. I also looked at recliners. He gave me a brochure to look over at home. I sat in the car and after much thought decided to return. This time met by Emma who was so pleasant and helpful. I was able to try out putting the folding wheelchair into my car boot before buying. Thank you both for your help

From the moment we went in the store and explained what exactly we were looking for, Stewart was on it. My elderly Mum struggled to walk so he showed us to the lift. Lead us to a few possible beds and quickly got the perfect one she was looking for. So courteous and helpful. Made a difficult job for me so much easier. Thank you!!

Had to get an order and delivery quickly with no fuss and they did! Elderly Mum said it all went like clockwork and they removed old machine for recycle. We paid extra for this service but worth it as my husband and I couldn't be there. Thanks AO.
