Good website and easy to order from. The price of the kickstand I bought was the cheapest I could find anywhere. The kickstand was protected in lots of bubblewrap and delivered by DPD, so I was relieved to know it wasn't going to be left on my doorstep for someone to walk off with!

I had some time to kill and knew Power2Cycle was in the area, so my son and I popped in to have a look around with no expectations of buying a bike. I wanted to see what the Ghost E-Teru Pro was like, but it wasn't in my size and Sid explained that the differences between the Pro and Advanced was minimal. Sid went through the spec of the Advanced bike, which was very useful. He went and had a chat with his manager and came back with a deal that I couldn't refuse! I was able to have the bike reserved whilst I sorted out the CycleScheme voucher at work. Once that was all sorted out, the bike was built and delivered within a few days. All throughout the process, Sid was answering my questions via email, etc. The video sent showing you how to build the bike when you received the bike was very handy.

I was so pleased to find the walking shoes that I've been looking for, in the right colour and size. Everywhere else they were out of stock! Only took 3 days to arrive and in good time for Christmas. Also found a cheeky promo code which made them a bargain!

I wanted to try the Snowstorm Maxi Mousse out after seeing the videos of it just being snowfoamed onto a dirty car or van and just being pressure washed off, and being nice and clean. My car wasn't that dirty, but I followed the instructions, snowfoamed it on diluted to 1:4 and pressure washed it off. It hardly made any difference. Very disappointed.

I had some questions about my order and found it very easy to talk to them via Messenger. They were very helpful and responsive when dealing with my questions. Thank you!

My son had damaged the two zip pulls on the Tripp case. Knowing it wouldn't be covered by a warranty, I contacted Tripp customer services to see if they did a repair kit. I made contact with Susan and Hits and after a few emails to confirm the model of the case, etc, they found me two replacement zip pulls and sent them out to me. I was so grateful as it would have meant that I'd have had to buy a new case, for the sake of the two zip pulls. Thank you Susan and Hits for going above and beyond! Steve

I bought the FRIGATE Large Corner Office Desk PC 42o from Piranha Furniture directly, and saved a lot rather than going through Amazon or eBay. The desk was delivered within 2 days via DPD, so was trackable, etc. From rewading other reviews, I expected the quality of the desk to be high, but when we built it, it exceeded my expectations! The packaging the desk came in was a piece of art, with every item being protected. The instructions were spot on and two of us had it built in 2 hours. The area that the desk was going into was very tight. The 175cm x 175cm is just the working area, The working area doesn't fit against a wall due to the end supports. So the total measurements are 179cm x 179cm. We had 3cm to play with when the door swings passed it!

Absolutely recommend buying from Piranha, and the Frigate desk. There's lots of cheaper desks on eBay and Amazon at £56, but their review say they're rubbish. These Piranha desks are well worth the extra £40 odd, and could easily sell for double!
