Lowell のレビュー
Lowell past a very small dept onto another dept collecting agency even though the dept was already registered with Stepchange on a DMP
The dept ended up at a court hearing
Which in turn led to a much higher dept and I had to agree to a Tomlin order with the court which took the dept away from the original Stepchange management
Caused unnecessary stress and anxiety
On the upside two more depts of mine with Lowell are being dealt with on Stepchange and are working well with no problems so you will have to take what you can from that
