Good choice

All the food is packaged well and packed with dry ice to keep it cool during transportation. The dishes are tasty and a good sized portion. There are some recipes we are unable to have due to my husbands disability but we are enjoying the meals we have tried.

Sheet plastic

Prompt reply when I asked for a quote. Was kept up to date with delivery progress.
Sheet plastic arrived as expected, fully wrapped in protective wrapping.
Sheets are a good quality and look great on our walls.

The tap arrived Monday

The tap arrived Monday, was fitted Wednesday by professional plumber, Thursday the tap stopped working correctly. Not sure if it is the tap in general or just a faulty one. Contacted to report, had an automatic reply but may not get back to us for 2 days. I'll wait to see what happens when I receive a proper response

A breath of fresh air

I have been banking with First Direct for over 25 years. I have never in the whole time I've banked with them had a problem with the system, the staff and there response times.
The staff are always polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If i have a problem with the app, due to user use, they always get me back on track. I would recommend FD every time.

My experience with First Direct

I have been using First Direct bank for over 20 years and later using the online banking App.
I always find everything 'tip top' it's so easy to manage my accounts such as transferring money, keeping on top of accounts etc. I regularly recommend First Direct
