The service at the tyre shop was good But why do they keep asking for a review? This is the third time you have asked for feedback, I provided some at your first request.
What is the point of providing feedback if you don’t pay attention?

Ordered shoes on 04/12, allegedly despatched on 06/12. emailed and tried auto chat(absolute waste of time) each email took 2-3 days to be answered and answer was poor. 'I can see it was scanned yesterday' My shoes eventually turned up today 23/12. I bought a pair from somewhere else so I will be returning these ones. Customer service is not what this company understands.
Parcel has date of 11/12 and states 24hr service. It arrived on 23/12. No update until it arrived. Very poor service
Response from Yodel is clearly a standard reply as it is the same one everyone else that has reviewed negatively has received.
Clear that Customer Service is low on their priority list
