Excellent very professional, the co I ordered someone how had a garbled address with correct road and house number but wrong post code, which shouldn’t be allowed to happen. They were fantastic and it was corrected and delivered !

Trying to get in touch with Microsoft is IMPOSSIBLE!

Trying to get in touch with Microsoft Office is absolutely impossible! Chat GPT offered 3 phone numbers, my query is my subscription but I need to TALK to someone as the support links are not working it's not answering my question. Can't locate a chat box unless I sign in.

Here goes on signing in....
I re-set my login password and passed the phone identity with the code But then I try to log in with my new password, and says 'Email not recognised'...
So I'm stuck....
Writing this review for Microsoft to PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!

When I called back the 3 different numbers, it defaults to say...check link on subscriptions and then hangs up.

Contact me please - or provide a phone number which works!!

Right hand does not know what the left is doing! Lost for words. Consistent over billing, extremely poor customer service and don't get me started on 'Operations'.

I got to the bottom of my disconnection, nothing to do with overbilling, or holding payment. It was down to a single person in the Operations department who thought the account was a duplicate.....

Incredible, I called up after the Bank Holiday weekend to find Customer Services telling me "the account is 'active', why do you think it's not working?". "Because I spent 4 hours over the weekend talking to your technical team and one of the Directors, also my 6 tenants sent me screen shot of the words 'no wifi connection'". Furthermore the technical team advised "the account had 'Ceased Action' against it, which was set to 5 mins to midnight on Thursday 22nd May". "Trust me there is no wifi connection!"

What went wrong then?
A single person had decided as I had two accounts for two separate houses, one of them had to be a duplicate and ordered an account closure. Had he checked the history ? I had been with Noone Broadband for 2 years and Home Telecom since December 2024 (now all the same company).

Operations, its your turn to go back to school and Home Telecom, change your processes so any 'Account closures', are double checked and signed off by a Manager, please....

Outstanding service - Best Live Chat System Ever!!

Outstanding service, Best Live Chat System!
International shipping is complicated, rules and regulations are intricate and not easy to navigate. At your fingertips the Team at Parcel2Go are incredible, they make the whole process so straight forwards. Mary just assisted with the VAT rules and sending samples to an individual. What could have been a headache was fast and efficient.

Payment query

I joined Coopah as a recommendation for the London marathon. 6 of us used it we ran for Brain Research, some got free subs others we joined intended for the two Month period prior to the marathon. In all honesty we used the free version of Strava which was great.

A point to note, I was in and out of the App hesitating to join, as was undecided between Runna and Coopah.

Each time I selected monthly subscription but noticed every time I went back in before I actually subscribed it ‘defaulted to the annual subscription’, which I didn’t want.

I cancelled it early April even emailed them, so I would only be paying one month. I went into my Apple subscriptions on my phone literally on Friday to find Coopah expires in 2026! So they had taken an annual subscription and I honestly don’t get that as I selected monthly.

Waiting their response…

Excellent product does what it says on…

Excellent product does what it says on the tin! I suffer with tight calves when running long distances and needed that extra support. I’m running the London marathon this year with all my kids and ended up buying 3 knee supports and calves for me. Did the trick for the half marathon last week and great for training. Couldn’t run without them! Under my kit they are seamless, the knee one my kids wear on top! Just brilliant!

Cannot fault - excellent customer service !

Cannot fault! It’s a first for me buying an appliance where customer service and delivery team have been outstanding !! An absolute pleasure by the team, there was a hiccup but that was side as the isolator valve would not work effectively. It was dealt with we sorted a solution and all happy ! I will definitely use you again!

APPROVAL SYSTEM RUBBISH!

Shocking service! I pay the monthly subscription which includes my kids and it’s an absolute nightmare your new approval system !

Convinced it’s a CON just to get more subs. The man hours I spend with repeated ‘flat links’ to confirm the household. Send technology which works please it’s not that difficult.

As we have progressed in the IT world you must be able to come up with a better system!

One hacked off customer here!

I’m still on hold to Netflix ! Advised it’s 3 mins before pickup it’s been 15 🙈🤮

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Appalling Service on every level is an understatement!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Ordered a JUMER the description was a 'Cashmere Sweater', what arrived after 5 weeks was a cheap 'Fleece'. The official description on the website did not match by any definition the item which arrived.

Now follows the appalling service after some 15 emails and several phone calls to the company who to date has failed to pick up the phone, no voice message nada!

So payment seems to go to a company in the Netherlands, yet the goods are issued from China, hence the 5 weeks.

I advised the incorrect item was delivered, since when is a 'fleece a Sweater and Cashmere at that'.
1. Customer Service agent advised if I accepted a 15% deduction they would issue a refund immediately. The goods needed to be returned to China and the customer had to pay for the return even though the wrong item was delivered.

2. Next customer service - apologised and said let me escalate that your package has not arrived! "No it has arrived it's just wrong, where is my refund?".

3. Next customer service agent - "records show your parcel has arrived. 'No I am still chasing for my refund".

4. Next customer service agent. We gather you are not happy what is the issue? " Hello I am still chasing my refund, I am not paying for return postage when the incorrect item was delivered".

5 Next customer service agent...

7...15...Ditto.

I have logged the issue with my bank and updating my experience on Trust Pilot.

Don't ever order from this company, absolute nightmare and a waste of life!! Still no refund!!

How difficult is it to get in touch…

How difficult is it to get in touch with Microsoft 365! Absolute nightmare for such a huge organisation which we all rely on for Microsoft Office 365, their Customer service and any contact ability is the worst. From re-setting passwords to a query with buying a package this whole request a code, you ask more than once and it rolls you to a 24 hour hold. Please get on board make 'Contact Us' a thing which is actually physically possible! We are all work all the time post Covid and this Spanish Mañana mentality is beyond ridiculous. Change your systems and make them more user friendly! We pay enough on those annual subscriptions, invest in Customer Service PLEASE!!

Poor service on returns policy

Poor service on returns policy , 95 % of stores / online shops offer 30 day returns. The Range, however, offer a miserly 14 days and that’s it! Parents purchased wall paper rolls they are in their 80’s, took us a while to get a decorator. We are now at day 17 and The Range are defiant, no credit note no nothing.

You lost a customer today guys !

Just spotted a DD going out of my…

Just spotted a DD going out of my account for £66.00. From this co.No notification! I’m now on to my bank to block the Co and request a full refund.

I tried one session back in March which I realised is offered for free on Spotify, they do loads of sleep hypnotherapy amongst other free hypno sessions

Buyer beware !!! What ever you are buying on the internet I advise you to block them once you have done a trial!

You have reached out to me and advised me you have now cancelled my membership, even though I did not want an ‘auto renewal’.

Patricia in your customer service dept has advised ‘ I can only get a 50% refund and then quoted your terms and conditions’.

So let’s get this clear…

I genuinely paid £66.00 in March for a service, to be honest I did not really use’, that’s on me, I get it. This is called ‘idiot tax’… lessons learned.

Then in September 6 months on without any notice / email / or phone call, you then took a further £66.00 from my account.

Why did you not send me any notice of the membership? Why would anyone want ‘auto renewal’ ? Why would you hide this fact?

The company’s which are underhand and sneak a charge through on the ‘auto renewal’ basis are unprofessional and in my view unethical and should be held accountable.

In the current climate where everyone checks reviews, you should contact me for feedback on what I had originally purchased and then ask ‘would I like to renew and extend’.

I am requesting again, I want a full refund I am not settling with 50%, please can you escalate this to your complaints department.

My Bank is also on the case, I’d appreciate it we could get this matter resolved swiftly and efficiently and if you could amend your current practises. Your policy surely must be to get customers ‘on side’, rather than ‘hack them off’ and waste a lot of time and energy.

I await my full refund….

Buyer beware! Absolute Rubbish!

Buyer beware!

Do not engage with this company it’s an absolute con!! They trick you into an initial cheap subscription then place you on auto renewal, then admit they didn’t advise of the auto renewal and apologise and say.. ‘yep we are taking that £59.99 subscription anyway’ as you didn’t advise us you didn’t want to renew.

Priceless!

Thank goodness I paid via Pay pal, who advised they have me covered.

Shocking business ethics! Do not give them the time of day! On top of that their instructions were so confusing i never used the App anyway. Absolute RUBBISH! My advice, join a gym or throw on your trainers and go for a brisk walk, you will get a lot more out of it!

Avoid Rip Off Merchants!!

Just updating my review here .. I did get my refund after all that! Trust Pilot works 🙏

Fantastic support thank you Dominic, we really appreciate your extra efforts. Friendly helpful advice no matter what the maintenance issue. We had a number of different problems with the property as we arrived, the kitchen sink leak being the main issue and then no hot water which was another leak. The workmen were all very professional and you were supportive to ensure matters were followed up to resolution. Excellent thank you again.

Excellent service very supportive sent photos of the setup which used a separate utility room for the router so was not straight forwards. Pics were seen instantly and WiFi was established very quickly. Super thank you so much, really appreciated your advice. Few times I had to put you on hold whilst I sorted a leak with the maintenance team, you stayed with me, thank you for your patience.

Disappointed with the Michael Kors Quality

Disappointed with the Michael Kors healed flip flops, quality of the sole needs work design wise, the top section is faultless but the base splits easily and looks shabby very quickly. Cost £120 for a summer wear, is that worth it?
I purchased from Selfridges at the Trafford Centre who were initially slow to react, I'm waiting on a Kurt Geiger Manager to revert is the next step.I want to add photos here please to demonstrate the poor quality at the base so all the edges have split and splayed, the material needs to be stronger. For the record I have purchased numerous MK handbags/ wallets/ purses not just for me but for my daughter. I love the concept here of the casual footwear, but the base I think is a design fault on the material, its not robust enough.Interesting MK have such bad reviews on TP - not good!

Nightmare Customer Service ! Buyer Beware!

Nightmare Customer Service ! Unprofessional !
Terrible experience the items did not even arrive, support system in place to at order stage had no continuity so queries were on repeat! Closing the account and going elsewhere! Extremely frustrating!
Update...issue with my order Printful requested a copy of my bank statement to prove a payment of £100. which I did provide, which was very bizarre from a business account. Then advised it wouId be a further two days. This was an urgent order for a photo shoot. I then cancelled the order and paid via Paypal who do their own verification checks. Paypal advised it might be a scam and I should rest assured I am protected by PayPal if the goods did not arrive. In my experience of ordering over the internet I have never been asked to send copies of proof of payment. Both orders I approved the payment on my bank app. Laws are in place for internet buying and selling to protect both parties, it appears Prinful seem to ignore this fact and are above the law. I have deleted both orders and closed my account, this was a test run for some business logo water bottles.....No thank you I will use a UK company in future !! Painful Experience an absolute waste of time!

I’ve got at least 25 emails in the system to you , very poor you can’t find me. I feel like staff I’ve been in touch so much !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! ABSOLUTE PITS

BUYER BEWARE! OWNER HORRIFIC /UNPROFESSIONAL AT ALL LEVELS - CON!!!
Property located in Disco /LIVE music / karaoke central of Newcastle city centre and a thoroughfare for drunks to kick bottles down the street and scream/fights the norm . Clubs close around 2am after which it sounds like a football of drunks screaming and shouting. The property offers sleeping accommodation but is not fit for purpose as zero sound proofing, glass front paper thin, music bounces off the internal walls! booked for 3 nights as a base as my son had to complete "final" exams at Newcastle University. Absolute disgrace. Moved out after one night of no sleep to be told "we have a strict cancellation policy". They did offer an alternative accommodation but as the Customer Service was a disgrace I would not take the risk as the current standards were so low at the property, it could only get worse. The noise broke around around 04:30am. For perspective there were approx 3 night clubs, 5 live music bars/ karaoke establishments. Legally this falls under the 'Consumer Rights Act and Duty of Care' . The owner of the property or person who is responsible for the property (I will come back to this) owes a Duty of Care to the tenants. In essence the property should have been 'sound proofed - to be discussed' if located in a noisy area - 'Duty of Care'. We moved to the Maldron Hotel less than 2 mins away which was sound proofed and Exceptional I gave a 10/10 rating or 5 STARS. The owner finally got in touch with me after the 3 days and apologised initially and sited the 'strict cancellation policy'. It ended with "good luck if you write me a bad review I will get it removed, and a note on the law my dear, I don't own the property I've been doing this for years I rent many properties so all that building reg stuff is not down to me oh and you are a pathetic person for complaining and I don't care, I live in Dubai so good luck finding me". Hello Martin Lewis..calling you next...
