The swim shorts were too neat

The swim shorts were too neat although I had ordered large and the tie cord much too short. I sent a comment but the reply just stated that the goods were non-returnable which I already knew. They didn’t even comment on the neat size. I sent a further comment but there was no response. Since the product is non-returnable it is important that the size chart is accurate. Other purchasers’ comments also indicate a problem with size. Based on my first purchase from this company I cannot recommend them.

Well pleased

Scarf was out of stock but i was kept informed and very pleased with product when received. Would consider using this company again. Well pleased with service.
