Awful company. Click and collect ordered on 27th Nov due for collection 17th dec. After seeing here how bad their delivery service is i lost faith. After 7 working days and no movement on the ridiculous tracking system I contacted them. I was told its actually in transit. 17th came so contacted again to be told theres a delay, wouldn't be due till the 22nd. On the 20th I got an email to say, due to the bad weather my shipment wouldn't arrive till between 24th-31st. (There was no bad weather anywhere here or in Europe) I cancelled the order went to smyths instead for replacement Christmas present. 27th i get told my order is ready for collection. Idiots didn't process my cancellation or refund. 4 emails later , 2 weeks after my initial request, I recieve confirmation of my cancellation. 1 week later I get my refund. Never shopping there again and advise everyone else not to either.

Product doesn't work at all. Recieved a generic head wrapped in bubble wrap sent from China. Head is identical to the cheap ones sold elsewhere for a fraction of the price. The extra cost for these is for express delivery from china NOT for a superior quality product. Customer service is shocking. Offered part refund. Refused, offered higher %. returns are at customers cost so I accepted higher offer and dumped the shower head myself. Offer I got was take it or send it back. Sending it back would cost me €15. Offer i got was €15 less than the original price so only accepted to save me the effort of postage. Avoid this company and their products at all costs. You'll only be left out of pocket

I had an issue with receiving a signal from the wireless camera bought for me. Due to triple glazed windows and other home related reasons. Greenfeathers were absolutely fantastic in helping me with my issues. From going through ways to resolve the issues to offering me a free replacement incase it was their issue (which it wasn't) after trying everything I opted to upgrade to the WiFi version instead. My returns/refund period had expired but they still allowed me to return and pay the balance for the more expensive version. Speedy order, dispatch and delivery. I've got that up and running smoothly now and just waiting for the birds to arrive. Greenfeathers customer service is second to none. Talking to menh was like having a conversation with a friend on WhatsApp. Better service than you get in physical shops.

Installed this and it also installed chromium and possibly hundreds of other viruses on my computer. My brother in law is a tech expert and spent over an hour cleaning everything off it. Thank God I have him otherwise 🤷‍♂️

Very very poor customer service. we've bought a perfect prep machine and it started hissing after first cleaning. Exchanged it and the 2nd done the same contacted tommee tippee through their website Last week and have yet to receive a response. meanwhile have exchanged again and again. On our 4th prep machine now (3 different batch numbers) and have given up completely. Going back for a full refund this time and won't be holding my breath for a response from tommee tippee. Won't be buying their products again either.
