A sad booker

Customer service is fab! Cost is excellent. I am trying so many new foods and different foods than I ever have. I am loosing weight slowly and always feel full. The variety is lovely. Delivery great. I am really pleased. I have tried other meal preps before but they have become boring or all too spicy. I have tried box fresh etc but never have I been so pleased with meal prep as I am now. 5***** recommendation.

Quick to choose, order and good gift selections. I don’t agree with heavy postage costs for a single card and then extra for a gift.

For senior boys some of the smallest tops start at Men’s XS: This is way to big for a boy who wears age 10-11 clothing. I think you should expand your range. Also returns seem to take a long time.

The worst service when I broke down. I was never asked if alone, vulnerable or with children. I was give a pick up time of 1030pm to 230am. I was on a single road and by the time collected my battery was dead. To make things worse I was quoted £85 recovery as a member but when transferred told to pay £179. I explained the figure should be £85 as I’m a member I was rudely told to pay £179 or the agent would move onto someone else!! Worst service ever!

I love the easy delivery and return service. I love the big labels being stitched in. Clothes are expensive but good quality. So easy to order and quick delivery.

My step son actually loved the experience. I just hated to booking experience. It wasn’t easy and followed by messages and emails of errors. A further £25 to pay for insurance and lots of other add ons. It is the 2nd time I have used car chase hero’s, the 2nd time my step son has loved his car rides but I won’t book again with car chase hero’s. Too much hassle, too difficult to rectify issues and after additional booking fees too expensive.
