Do not buy from this company they have to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with ,item never arrived , I contacted customer care about the issues several times , ( who are a joke ) once the finally engaged just kept sending me tracking details for an item that wasn't mine and hadn't been delivered & clearly stated it had been sent back to them although I had to point this out to them as they were totally incompetent , they finally said they would re send the item , and guess what nothing since & nothing arrived ! joke of business do not waist your time or money with these muppets !

Amazing customer service and very quick to respond after I failed to put my Adress details in correctly ! & Royal Mail set my parcel back , Lost Universe then sent it back out with no hesitation.
