Booked appointment on line at time and date to suit me. At appointment I was greeted by the staff warmly and asked to sit and less than 5 mins I was having my eye test. Extremely comprehensive and thorough, I rate the exam as one of the best, as it included options I usually had to pay for at other opticians. Prescription given in a nice envelope. Great selection of glasses to choose from and a good price range too. Received text to collect , fitted and left the whole experience from start to finish a very happy customer. Bought two pairs of glasses, great value

& Wild pretty much since it started up years ago! They are my go to for sending flowers, the blooms last for ages. The gifts now are an added bonus, the variety and prices cover all occasions and budgets. Even on the rare occasion something has gone wrong, the customer service and resolutions are brilliant.

Very glad I purchased my vax pet, with anti hair wrap. The anti hair wrap is fantastic and it does just that stops hair wrap, which my old vacuum said it did but I spent ages unwrapping it!!
The dust collection bag is very generous and empties easily enough.
I like that the tools I frequently use can be attached to the machine. The suction is extremely good and can be controlled easily enough.
The only down side is the length of flex. It’s not as long as my old vacuum, which was extra long
Overall I am very pleased with my purchase, oh and one lovely surprise on purchasing VAX automatically register your machine, so you don’t have to remember to do so. Thank you VAX

I looked on site, so many to choose from but once I narrowed down what I wanted from my tyres, I had a couple of choices, however I had a query before final purchase, rang the customer service team who were very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful and explained what I needed todo- back to site and purchase made and fitting for the next day, quite seamless.
I arrived at the selected garage earlier than booked and I was not kept waiting long, all very helpful and the process took less than an hour.
Would definitely recommend both black circles and the fitting garage.

Whenever possible John Lewis is my go to for shopping, bit clothes, furniture, phones whatever I need I come here first. Rarely disappointed, good quality at a fair price, and if it’s not right returns are simple and hassle free, great customer service too when needed.

Great service, only constructive comment I have is - I collected a large box which was at the top of the InPost boxes. I had to ask for help as I was too short to get it down! Rather defeats the object of no human contact delivery! May the big box boxes could be at the bottom and certainly no higher than half way!
Had the box been heavy the likelihood is I could have dropped it.
Other than that box was clean and tidy and well lit

I have to order controlled medication, the process is very quick and secure. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I get the prescription from the Vet order and pay product arrives and buying from here has saved me £££s

Warning the page refreshes so double triple check what you are ordering, even better pick up the phone and speak to a human, who will do the order and send you the link to pay 5* service

A well deserved 5* for customer service, variety of product and for me especially efficiency of getting a prescribed drug for my boy. Once phone is answered as you can’t order these drugs otherwise, service and payment is extremely efficient, once payment is made and order number given, the Vets can then send prescription over and the drugs are received within days! I have recently purchased 5 lampshades! The first two I loved the forest green colour, but it didn’t look right so they were very easily returned, refunded and replaced by two lighter (sage) green and were perfect! I then bought a cream and rattan shade, which I thought had been marked, but it turned out it was debris cardboard from the badly battered box! The shades come very well packed with copious air bags to protect them, good job as this last box was really battered! Great customer service, very quick returns and speedy refunds, great quality products VERY happy with this JL shopping experience.

I have been using PDonL for some years now, as my 🐾 🐾 is on a prescribed, controlled drug medication for epilepsy, the process from start to finish could not be simpler! I get a prescription from the vets, I ring PDonL, speak to one of their lovely helpful customer service agents, convey and pay for the prescription, ring my vets after payment with the order number and they send off the hard copy prescriptions. The prescription arrives via courier in most cases within two/three days. This may sound a palaver, but this prescription is a controlled drug, it has to be this way! I have saved a fortune buying my 🐾🐾 medication this way. I cannot fault the service received and will continue to use PDonL. Thank you all for all your kind help.

I love and trust John Lewis, their customers service is spot on. The quality of all good excellent, selection available and prices, why shop anywhere else, as they match the price if found cheaper elsewhere…
