Great service

On time, efficient and quality service. Brought up two mattresses in no time at all, explained all that we needed to know and were gone in less than 15 minutes.
Great service and highly recommended.

Very good experience at Furniture…

Very good experience at Furniture Village. Bought a new Vispring mattress with the help of Carl at the Abingdon store. Very knowledgeable with a strong professional approach. Jo hard sell - just there to help.
Highly recommended.

Great job on replacing glass but scratched the chrome surround!

Auto Windscreen in Oxford replaced by 1977 MBZ 350SL wind screen in less than two hours. They promptly sourced the glass from Germany and did a great job in terms of communication, sorting out the insurance company payment and installing the glass.

HOWEVER - when I got home I noticed that the chrome strip that goes round the window had been scratched - I assume in removing and re-installing the chrome strip.

I have called and emailed the Help Desk but no response as yet.

Trying to get a replacement chrome strip via MBZ, Germany.

Very disappointed as things were going so well.

Service at its best

Oliver and the team at the service department at the SL Shop certainly delivered and more. Replaced the boot rubber seal on my 1977 Mercedes Benz 350SL in less than two hours - solved the rattling noise from the back and the annoying smell of exhaust fumes when the drivers window was down - has completely gone.
They deliver what is says on the tin and more.
As Arnold said in the movie - “I’ll be back”.

They took my money on day one and then…

They took my money on day one and then took three weeks to deliver the flowers, chocs and wine. All they did was blame Royal Mail and DPD.
Complete waste of time - will not use them again.

Got a reply saying they have resolved the matter - promised me full refund about six days ago.

Nothing received other than this reply saying “the matter is resolved”!!!!

Ordered flowers but that is all that happened!

Ordered flowers, chocolates and wine to be delivered weeks ago. They took the money as soon as the ordered was processed and then started to make excuses as to why they were not delivered.
So three weeks, flowers paid for BUT nothing delivered. And there excuse was “the carrier is delayed”.
Will not waste my time using Interflora again.

The go to guy on all things Podcasts

The go to guy on all things Podcasts, Audio Plays and Audacity. Mike has a great teaching style without adding all that surplus stuff that other YouTubers fluff out their videos. Straight to the point, eloquently delivered with loads of examples and support materials. Have just invested in his Audacity Beginners Course and packed full of great stuff. I have learned more in a hour watching and trying out the lessons than I have learned on my own.

I have bought from this organisation…

I have bought from this organisation for over two years and there prices have been steadily increasing. The last was 22% over a nine month period. I figure I have spent over £500 with them and asked if I could have a discount coupon. This was turned down as “marketing had nothing planned”. So I have planned to find another supplier. A very short term view of their customers leads to more customers “walking”.

Tried to cancel the car insurance…

Tried to cancel the car insurance policy before it was due to start. The only way to talk to One Call Insurance is through their live chat on the website which more times than not, is not working.
Have been trying for days and getting no where. The only thing that seems to work is then process the credit card payment,
They should change their name from “One Call Insurance” to “No Call Insurance”.

When does Customer Service not work - when you call Watson Fuels!

Have called Customer Service four times - each taking twenty plus minutes to answer. Over charged for fuel and each time, was told that it would be sorted. As yet - nothing.
Made one last attempt and was on hold for 37 minutes, being told that “the call was important to us”.
Have been a customer for over twelve years but not am cancelling my account.
Do not waste your time trying to deal with them.

Requested a cancellation of my…

Requested a cancellation of my auto-renewal as the software would not install. Changed to McAffee which works perfectly.
Have emailed Bitdefender Customer Service NINE times and other than an automatic reply - nothing.
They have now charged me £39.90 for another year for the software that I have not got and now need to chase my bank to request a refund.
How can a company look after your internet security if they cannot get the simple stuff right.
I am expecting the standard “we are so sorry for your problem and we will have our Customer Service department check into it immediately”. Sure - don’t hold your breath!

Out of the blue they decide to charge…

Out of the blue they decide to charge my credit card - even though I cancelled the account years ago.
Be careful leave your details with them as they charge without advising of the what, when and where.
Have been waiting for a response from “Support” for days!

Expected better from them

Expected better from them. Ordered Fat Rascals and Yorkshire Tea Loaf - stale on arrival in Oxfordshire. Either getting rid of old stock to postal orders or taking the long way round to get here. We lived in North Yorkshire for over twenty years and visits to Bettys in Northallerton and York were always a pleasure and the food never disappointed. Looks like we will have to wait until we visit the shop to try the real thing.

A further twist on Customer Service

Since April 2019, I have spent over £800 with Peter Christian. And so, two years later, I order another £120 of product from them. My £10 voucher was 10 days out of date and so not accepted through the online system.
As a regular customer I figured that Customer Service would grant the voucher but NO - a straight forward - the voucher is invalid and they can not help.
I figured an email to customer service would get to a business-orientated manager who would recognise a long term customer.
Unfortunately the words "business-orientated" do not exist at Peter Christian.
BUT good news they could offer free postage!
I have closed my account.

Updated - so they came back and made "a goodwill gesture" by offering me a £10.00 credit on my account.
However, they closed the account or locked me out so I cannot access it.
Smart move - looks like they made a concession but actually did nothing at all.
What a waste of space!!!

It seems that we are the latest in a long run of Trustpilot disappointments you have recently experienced. In an effort to break your run of bad luck and as a conciliatory gesture, we have added the £10 offer onto your account. We do hope you decide to shop with us again.
Just to confirm, your account has not been closed and remains operational. The £10 credit has been added to your account but you will have to call to make use of this, as credit notes not yet accessible online.

Standard email from CS - hoping that you will give up!

Ordered flowers and a card for my wife’s birthday falling on 30th January. Very poor flowers arrived on 17th January so contacted Moonpig, Shannon arranged for £30 credit on account. Ordered more flowers but when had to pay there was no credit on account. Complained and Melanie said she could see unused £30 credit on account. Third time - flowers ordered - no credit. Complained and this time Pippa said £30 credit on account BUT could NOT be used to buy flowers or a card!!!!!
Have asked for their legal address as I intend to file a Small Claim Court charge - as yet Customer Service has not responded. There’s a surprise.

Update on filing review.
This time Lauren has “reached out” and is sorry for the experience and asked me to contact support.
There standard approach and used the last three times. Designed to put you off in the hope that you go away.
Will file a Small Claims Court if I get the standard zero response.
Will not purchase anything from Moonpig.com again snd have removed my 11 annual reminders from the site.

The Feedback Department has left the building

Spent £130 on Xmas dinner - awful - no taste, over salted and over priced for cheap products. Left a negative review and received a “so sorry, please make contact so we can put it right” email from Estelle. Still waiting to hear from her after four weeks. Clearly they have a backlog in dissatisfied customers!!!!

Customer Support has left the building - again!

Ordered flowers, chocolate and card for my wife’s birthday to be delivered on 30th January. They delivered flowers on the 16th and what a sorry bunch they were. Posted a negative review on Trustpilot and got a standard “we are sorry to hear that, please contact S.... so we can help you”. Despite three email - NOTHING.
