First deliver and 4 items wrongly…

First deliver and 4 items wrongly included. Told to send them back at my cost and pay £7.95 to get replacements before my second month delivery.
Talked to Customer Service who were totally disinterested and just kept repeating the company line.
I can see why they get 3.4 out of 5.0 on the rating chart.

The website says it is free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The website says it is free.

But when you crop your image and check out - they charge you!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time - there are website that really are free.

Karcher - a Cordless and Useless garden blower/vac

Purchased a Cordless Battery Garden Blower & Vac through Amazon for £179.00.
The only issue is that they do not tell you that it does not come with a Battery and Charger!
And that costs another £100.00.
Same on you Karcher - just check the number of negative reviews on Amazon saying the same thing.
AND apparently the battery only lasts for 15 minutes.
What are you going to do about this, Karcher?

It does what it says on the (low calorie) tin

Started the programme on 9 June 2025 and in less than three months I have lost 2 stone and my waist size is down from 44 inches to 42 inches.
Not all the food is Michelin star restaurants but what do you expect on a diet.
It works - and that is why you started the diet.
The ordering and re-ordering process works well, the deliveries are on time and the Help Desk are very prompt and always supportive - and give good advice.
So stop putting off - just try it.
You have nothing to loose but lbs!

Debenhams Customer Service - where hope goes to die.

The Customer Service department is a complete waste of time. Return the product on 4 August and received by them on 6 August.
Five emails requesting a refund and zero response and funds to date.
Will never buy from this shambles again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent experience. We appreciate all feedback to help improve our service.

When a return is made, we ask that customers allow up to 14 days for a returned parcel to arrive at our warehouse, undergo inspection, and be processed by the returns team. Following this, it can then take an additional 5-10 working days for the refund to be fully processed by your payment provider. Although refunds are usually received well within this timeframe, this means the return process can take up to 28 days.

If the above timeframe has passed and no refund has been received please continue to contact our customer service team. They are currently handling an unusually high volume of enquiries, which means response times are unfortunately longer than usual. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get back to everyone as quickly as possible.

I can now see why they get 2.9 out of…

I can now see why they get 2.9 out of 5. If Google had a zero then this is why I would have placed my review.
Box of flowers arrived around 3:00 pm on a Sunday for our wedding anniversary - we were in but DPD decided not to knock on the front door and left them on the step for an hour and a half in the blazing sun. Box was damaged and the flowers had dried out. I only knew they had arrived when DPD text me and asked “how was the experience”. They got 1 star as well.
Also I ordered a box of chocolate and got two chocolates wrapped in paper.
Absolute joke.
I took photos but the review does not give you the option to post them online - shame.

Product does not work

I ordered two of the mobile phone holders for £28.00 including shipping. They arrived and the magnet does not hold the phone so it slips off and onto the car floor.
They have offered $15 in compensation.
Other people have experienced the same issue.
Do not buy from them.

Incompetence- 5 out of 5

Total incompetence offered by Certas Energy. They delivered oil to me three weeks ago and filled up my tank. Since then they have schedule three more deliveries. Customer service is zero stars out of five stars.
Do not waste your time with this lot.

Worst shirt buying experience

I have received a shirt from CT that I did not order. Was charged for it and then it cost me to return it to them.
Then they send yet another shirt - again not ordered.
Was on their “Chat Line” for over 20 minutes trying to explain the problem.
Was told I would be able to send the second one back FOC but it remains to be seen if the correct paperwork is with the product.
I have requested to be removed from their listing.
Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.
They deserve 0 Stars out of 5 Stars.

Only way to get prescriptions

Have been using Pharmacy2U Ltd for years and they have never let us down. System is easy to you, they acknowledge order, get in approved by the doctor and then advise when it is on the way.
Arrives by RoyalMail in a very secure package - no signature required the Postman leaves it in our post box.
Highly recommended and why spend time driving to a pharmacy to be told that it will be ready in a few hours or even the next day.

You will not find a better agent - anywhere.

I cannot speak highly enough of the work done by Jennifer Kendrew and the team at Savills of York. Our first buyer took us to days of exchange and then pulled out but Jennifer did not give up. The attention to detail, professionalism and sheer determination shown through and another buyer was found - and this time crossed the finishing line.
I have bought and sold houses across the UK and the USA and Jennifer/Savills are way ahead of any agent I have used.
Highly recommended - they deliver way more than it says on the tin.

I cancel my subscription - or so I thought

I cancel my subscription.
I received an email saying my subscription had been cancelled
They said they were “sad” to see me go.
My account on Chordify.net says my subscription has been cancelled.
They still took a payment on my credit card.
All three email have gone unanswered.
Still no refund after five days.

If you have a Porsche and want the best…

Took my 1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Targa Sport for underseal. Andy did an amazing job with Lanogard and WaxOil get to all those places that road salt, dirt and grime reach. With the addition of a new Bosch S5 battery the car is sweet as a nut.
Great work as usual and highly recommended.

Wildwood - a waste of time and a ripoff!

Booked a table for four plus a six year old child at Wildwood, Wantage, Oxfordshire. Ordered garlic bread and four mains with a child portion.
Garlic bread was like eating cardboard with some garlic butter and rosemary - and cold cardboard.
Then waited over an hour for the mains to arrive - each was spaghetti served on cold plates.
They had the check to add a 10% service charge which was deducted when told to remove it.
No apology, no follow up by the serving staff and the place was nearly empty.
A complete waste of time - gave it a 1 out of 5 because they do not show a 0 out of 5.
Will not be returning.

Great service

Replaced a couple of plate but the colour changes did not match the old plates. Returned to Cotswold Grey by post and immediately got a full refund with follow up email.
Amazing customer service - a must visit if you are in Moreton on the Marsh.

First class customer and operator service…

Took my 1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera Targa Sports to Auto Windscreen, Oxford to have a cracked screen replaced. Great job, very professional service both at the Customer Service end as well as the Operators in Oxford.
It’s a no brainer - the only place to go for Windscreen repairs.
