Keiron Collier was the AA breakdown specialist who came out and identified the ABS sensor was faulty.
He found a car part firm in Gillingham Dorset which had a replacement sensor in stock, he fitted in and all was well. I was most impressed with his efficient and polite service. I felt he went over and above the service I expected. THANK YOU TO KEIRON.

A charming pharmacist was ready and waiting to give me a typhoid booster this morning. My appointment was at 10 am and at that time exactly, I was called in to see Meg, the pharmacist. She explained the vaccination and it’s side effects very clearly.

Helpful telephone conversations before the trip. A few anxious questions from a first time OT traveller always answered in a friendly manner. On the trip, the TM was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The local guide and the coach were with us for the entire 18 days and were superb. What more could I ask for? Fun fellow travellers and they were a great bunch of people.

It was a Christmas subscription gift to my daughter and husband and I know they thoroughly enjoyed all the different cheeses.

Tails food seems to suit my female golden retriever. She is 13 and enjoys every mouthful. She still thinks she’s a puppy at times and is very playful so the food must be good. I do add supplements for her joints and her skin as well.
Deliveries come to my front door regularly so no lugging large bags of food from the pet food shop or supermarket.

It can be extremely useful although I do not enjoy the unnecessary rants which sometimes occur.

Fumba’s food arrives punctually every month. She gobbles it up enthusiastically. However, it does cause her to poo rather often!

Cheese always delicious, well packed and delivered when specified. My last order was a birthday present and the recipient was delighted.

Just booked my first holiday with Imagine Cruising. Was surprised to be answered quickly by a person rather than a list of options. She took my name and number and said that an appropriate consultant would phone me back within 20 minutes. It happened! A helpful South African by the name of Tony was constructive and informative. Consequently my husband and I are duly booked to Crete and a Med cruise at the end of May. Fingers crossed that COVID will permit this booking to go ahead. Excited about it!

I have a 12 year old golden retriever female dog (the review process will not allow me to use the word which is applicable to a female dog!) who has been on a product from our local vets for over a year. I tried Yumove as an experiment as it’s a little bit less expensive. However the weather has been so cold since my dog started on Yumove. I think she was a little less stiff when taking the vets’ product but I would like to be fair to Yumove and try it for longer and hopefully in warmer conditions. My dog and I tend to walk for about 2 miles every day over NT heathland. She is lively considering her age and likes to play, run and dig.
I will remove your product again after further weeks of using it.

Kaj is always helpful and understands Jocelyn’s needs (he has dementia).

Delighted to receive a box of Freddie’s flowers by post yesterday from my son and daughter in law as a present. A photo of the Vivaldi arrangement was included so I assume that is the bouquet ordered. Sadly the irises are all dead so the beautiful blue is missing. The other flowers are ok but overall the bouquet is not worth £24. Disappointed!

Gemma was extremely helpful and managed to secure us a good deal on flights to Mauritius and back from Joburg. She had sensible advice to offer and I was impressed with the service received. Let’s hope BA are equally impressive!
