Superb planning and delivery

From the moment we walked in we were talking to a friend. The advise and listening to our dreams wad first rate. Nicole was professional and knowledgeable about the products and what would fit.
Once ordered, the fit was pretty seamless. We used Nicole's regular fitter who with his team, did a wonderful job.
I would and have recommended them to my friends and family.
Top drawer!!!

Website doesn't like our address

Your website wants to default to an incorrect delivery address.
As a result we will collect from the EVRI shop which is a real pain!!!

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced an issue on our website. We ask for your home address in order to locate the nearest parcel shop, as this is our default option for free delivery. Is it possible that the delivery option was not changed to home delivery during checkout?

Ombudsman-toothless dog puts you in a DOOM LOOP of continual complaining!!!

8 months and they just don’t finalise . Having been through the Ombudsmsn route and got them to agree British Gas are out of order and given actions to resolve. I now find out that I have to report again because the changes made did not bring me back to were I was !!! Crazy !!
December 2024 - still unresolved !!!

LIES , DAMED LIES AND BRITISH GAS STAFF

Episode 31
What is it with British Gas staff that allows them to start a job but then not take this to completion -meanwhile the customer is left hanging ?
TONY RICH took months and created more issues than resolved .NOT A SOLVER you want . ABO promised to sort but again just failed to get things moving !! And now
RUSHNI made the calls agreed to resolve the issue with the tariff but failed to send the confirmation thst the outstanding credit and federal number had been sent !!
THIS DESPITE MY CALLING OFF THE OMBUDSMAN???!!!
Now she’s not responding to calls or emails asking what’s happening!!
Trustpilot team FYzi I am not on social media so won’t respond on this . I have called and spoken to TAARIQ who was going to initially resolve this issue.Then RUSHNI who is now like TONY R gone quiet . So just pass on this message again to something can get this to a manager and chase up

Watch out for the subscription via the QR code!

I used the QR code to get instructions which cost £1 but then signed me up for an annual subscription for £52.99 which i did not agree to and also NO INSTRUCTIONS!
Lighting eventually worked in unison but rather stressful to set up. Doubt if I will use this company again

Thanks for your feedback. However, our instructions are free. We don't charge any extra cost. Customers don't need to subscribe to use the products. The wireless method between the light and sensor is 433 MHz RF. The 433 MHz radio band is used for wireless communication between devices, such as remote controls. We advise you to double-check it.
