I was able to get through to Customer Service quickly. It's the first time I've had to ring since the Softener was installed and the representative, Alfie Scully, was pleasant, patient and very helpful. He resolved the issue and explained everything clearly including the course of action to be taken, costs and subsequent guarantees on the work to be carried out and parts. A very pleasant Customer Service experience by today's standards.

Really like the clothes in Blue Vanilla but, when an item I bought online lost all its gold foil highlights in the wash, despite me following the laundry instructions to the letter, returning it has been a nightmare. It's taking forever and I just can't seem to get my money back! Might shop in person but will never use their online platform again!

Had to contact Babyliss when my Big Hair styler developed an issue. I knew it was "old" so wasn't expecting much, just some advice really. I couldn't answer all their questions because I was away from home but, instead of just cutting me off, they kept my enquiry open until I got back AND, because it couldn't be repaired or replaced, they offered me a fabulous discount on a new item! Customer Service at its best and how it should be! 10/10 for this excellent company!

You delivered to the wrong address. Trying to sort this was a joke. Your website told me to download your app which took me round in circles. Your live chat wasn't much better with your employer keeping on about me checking with the neighbours even though I'd said the door in the photo was not in my road! You got one star because it was redelivered the next day but it was still dumped on the doorstep in full view of the road instead of being put in my parcel box!

11th August 2025 So I've received a "reply" from Yodel basically paraphrasing my review but offering no explanation for their abysmal performance or saying what they will do to prevent this happening to me or anyone else in the future. Total waste of time! Avoid this company!!!!

This was my first experience of using Compare The Market. The Website was easy to use and helped me make an informed decision. It took a lot of stress out of sorting car insurance in a hurry.

It is always a pleasure to visit Bayfields in Maidstone. The branch is bright and clean and the waiting areas are comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've been seen by Jennifer for some time now and she always makes me feel valued as an individual rather than just another customer. I never feel rushed and all my queries or problems are dealt with with understanding, patience and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble. The range of spectacle frames is great with styles and prices to suit everyone and the choice of lenses allows for needs and budgets. I cannot recommend Bayfields, Maidstone highly enough!

This Pavers store is just the right size with a good variety of stock without it being overwhelming. The staff are so pleasant; very cheerful and welcoming without being "in your face". Very helpful and knowledgable and not too pushy. A real joy to shop here!

This company offers a comprehensive range of items for all tastes and pockets. They regularly introduce new items which makes it interesting to shop here. I love the styles, colours and quality and have been happy with everything I've purchased. Postage is quick and packaging good.

The engineer, Andy, telephoned before arriving and then arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and smart. He listened to me then got on with the job. He took the time to show me how to put my oven door back on (the booklet wasn't 100% clear). He picked up on some of my comments giving me advice on cleaning products and how to get the best out of my appliances (not just the one he was dealing with). He fed some of my comments back to Neff and I received a prompt, helpful call from them regarding these. He left everything tidy, clean and in good working order. I was very pleased. The only problem I had was with my initial contact. Person on the telephone was not very easy or pleasant to deal with. Subsequent attempt at contact was completely unsuccessful hence the 4 stars.

I love Sekonda watches and have loads. I won't lie, I usually wait for the sales! I love the variety of styles and colours. Even though I buy at reduced prices as a rule, I believe they are terrific value for money. They are very reliable and, when needed, the batteries can be replaced easily by most jewellers etc, giving them longevity. I get many compliments for my watches. My latest acquisition came with a lovely, roll up, travel bag which I think might be big enough for two of my watches, fab bonus! The website is easy to navigate and I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my order. It arrived in good time and well packaged. I would definitely recommend Sekonda to anyone.

Swale were very accommodating when I had to change an appointment at short notice. The staff on the phones are always cheerful and helpful. The engineer was punctual, pleasant and efficient. I find them much easier and nicer to deal with than our previous supplier.

Driver didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Just dumped the parcel next to the boot box instead of inside it. How hard can it be?

Liked the delivery updates and the option to add instructions in case I wasn't in. Driver didn't wait to see if I was in then completely ignored my instructions anyway!

Website is attractive and userfriendly. Clothes are unusual compared to high street items which appeals to me. Range updates often and I look forward to seeing new items. Delivery is quick.

I really enjoy shopping with Emma Bridgewater. The website is used friendly. There is a great selection of items to suit all tastes. Postage is quick with regular updates. I do find items to be more of a "collectible" choice rather than for everyday use due to prices but I'm happy with that. I have bought items as gifts as well.

You Know Who's doesn't have the fastest delivery but that's not what I use it for. The items I bought were basic but useful and really good value and that's why I rate them 5 stars. Reliability, quality, value for money. Can't ask for anything else!

Pavers are offering huge choice of styles covering all tastes. The staff at my local store are friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful.

Had to return an item because the security tab hadn't been removed (and it didn't set the alarm off when I bought it!) Lady in store was very pleasant and helpful, dealing with the matter quickly and without fuss. Bit frustrated that I had to make an extra trip into town and was unable to wear the dress for the occasion it was bought for but it's resolved now.

Received reminder that my chosen item was back in stock. User friendly, attractive website. Good delivery times.
